The staff made our stay outstanding. The rooms were updated and the food choices changed daily. Sheraton had a different themed night with fire dancers, traditional Fijian dance performances, and kava testing. Highly recommend this resort.

We loved our time at the Sheraton Resort & Spa on Tokoriki island. The snorkelling and organised activities were fantastic, the food and drinks were great and reasonably priced, and the view is incredible. All facilities were well maintained and there was a wide range of activities to do. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity to make our stay special and they were all extremely helpful and kind. Special thanks to the watersport staff, Leila, Kali and Paul.

Great paradise!
We spent 4 days at this gorgeous resort. The reefs to snorkel around were great ( bring your own gear or rent). Food was delicious My only concern was they did the New Year party celebration and dinner to early. The party began 18:30 and by midnight most of the guests were already sleeping. That was the general comment of most guests we talked.

Simply Awesome !
Tokoriki Sheraton is an awesome holiday destination. The beach, the water, the snorkeling and the entire surrounding is simply awesome. What makes it even extra special is the friendly and hardworking staff, always with a smile. Under the exceptional management of Paul, the Hotel Manager, guests leave the island with happy memories. Definitely a resort to return to.

Amazing Christmas escape
We loved our stay at Tokoriki- the staff were extremely friendly. Our room was lovely however the addition of a coffee machine would have made it 11/10 :) We enjoyed sunset cocktails on the helipad and delicious Indian restaurant food, the Christmas festivities and lovo and fire dancing. The trip to the village, walk to the tower and hideaway beach were a must do. A bit surprised that kayaks and SUP were operated outside of the hotel and came at additional cost. Took our own snorkels!

Such an amazing location and facilities but let down because of communication. We had a free massage, was not told how to book (and when worked it out nearly missed out). Breakfast was included but no details on when or how (easy enough to work out but even when we arrived no info about what was included and what wasn’t) It wasn’t till our last hour we found the event board.. up until then had no knowledge that there were daily activities If you fear FOMO this is not the place for you! But room was beautiful, location amazing. we went across to the other resort and did a tour with them which was incredible. My feedback to the resort would be to go through all the basics when we first arrive.. where the massages are, where the water sports are, what’s at hideaway beach and if it’s worth it, where to find the daily activities… just that simple communication would have made a world of difference.

Loved everything but the spa. The worst 90 minutes of my trip. She as late, kept leaving the room in the of massge, three times! basically, paid for 90 minutes, barely go 60 minutes. Plus told her I like deep and to work on specific area and she didn't. actually, the worst massage of my 68 years! Would not recommend the spa at all.

Let me begin by saying that this resort is very remote and getting anything to it is done by boat and quite challenging. It is the perfect place to just switch off, forget about your everyday worries, and recharge. A big storm went through the island few days before my family and I arrived there and as a result we had no WiFi in the room for 5/6 days and no TV at all. The staff was on "Fiji time" pretty often and would either forget parts of your order at the restaurant at times or take too long to serve. However, the local people are probably the friendliest I have encountered all my life and I've travelled all over the world. The smile never leaves their faces and they greet you every time they see you. They never expect you to tip them either, so all that very friendly behavior is pretty genuine. I'm glad I booked an all-inclusive package as the prices at the restaurants and bar were pretty expensive. Our room was kept clean every day and the food was much better than I expected after reading so many negative comments in the reviews. I drank a lot of their water and I never felt sick either. The tropical sun was extremely intense, so make sure to bring that sun screen with you. The highlights for me were the beautiful local people, the warm Novermber weather, and the gorgeous sea. I brought a drone with me and took some beautiful aerial shots.

I spent my birthday here and I have absolutely no regrets. The service, chief Beverly and Raj surpassed my expectations, with fresh delicious food. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Thanks for making this a memorable experience I will never forget.

Like: very nice looking island with amazing water. Friendly people! We had an amazing service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. People in Fiji are simply friendly and amazing. Didn’t like: For property by Sheraton i felt that a few things they need to fix. We were there for 3 nights TV was not working, we thankfully had internet. Very poor entertainment during the day especially when traveling with a teenager. Our door to the patio was not working properly, once we exit from there to go to the beach and close the door you can supposedly re-enter using your key, unfortunately was broken and not working!Addressed it the first day, someone was supposed to go and fix it, no one did, and probably no one had yet fixed it. Also we had all inclusive package for food and drinks, but in the morning supposedly could not have coffee from the coffee machine at the bar until 11AM or i had to pay extra. I cannot have regular milk and the machine for cappuccino’s that you make for yourself did not have that option. The person that checked us in should have let us know whats included in our room and from when to when i guess. We found our last day that snorkeling gear was included in our package for the room. We asked the first day they said we needed to pay for all of it at the activity desk, but if you are all inclusive this is included. We found that the last day unfortunately, otherwise we could have enjoyed the reef that was close by and they take you with jet-ski to there. long swim.

Loved the view you got out to the ocean - just superb. However I was hoping for a 5 star dining experience but never received that. The food would be. 3. Had to complain about food which was over cooked and just not up to scratch. Breakfast buffet was the best meal of the day - plentiful and lots of options for everybody. The people there were amazing and the friendliest we have met on our 10th trip to Fiji. A special mention to Mitchi who was a waiter there - he was wonderful.

Just got back from a week-long holiday to Sheraton Tokoriki. Like many have said previously, we were also a bit concerned with reviews. I am now a firm believer that there are just some people that are miserable and would complain about everything. From the welcoming songs on the beach to the farewell in the lobby, the Sheraton Tokoriki is just something special. Realizing that we are on a remote island and on “Fiji Time”, this resort did not disappoint. The staff was warm and friendly and, so very accommodating. Service in restaurants was a bit on Fiji Time but we did not mind this with the gorgeous views. The grounds were immaculate and the reef for snorkeling was one of the healthiest we have ever seen. They take pride in sharing the Fijian way. I hurt my knee when I was there and Vil was so kind to gather noni (kura) leaves and wrap my leg in traditional Fijian medicine. Truly miraculous. Had a Renaissance massage at the spa and it was definitely 5 stars (cannot remember the therapist's name). Johnny and Israel at the bar were fantastic. So full of energy and fun to visit with. Vani, our room staff, always stocked our room and it was completely clean from top to bottom. Epi in the dining room was great! We really loved that the staff liked to share information about life in Fiji. We had an Ocean Front King room and loved it. Extremely quiet and private even though it was on the family side. We also opted for the all- inclusive package which included meals,

We had the most incredible time at the Sheraton tokoriki. Not only was it a beautiful island with incredible snorkelling, but the staff absolutely made our holiday perfect. They were always there to help and make our holiday run smoothly, we can’t thank them enough. Definitely recommend this resort!

We loved staying at Tokoriki Sheraton. Anything we needed, staff were always happy to assist. Often offerred a ride in the buggy when heading to the other end of the resort - kids love that! I recommend getting an inclusive option and taking snacks/beverages as there is only hotel prices for the bar. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Also recommend taking your own snorkel gear if you have, but you can hire and they tow you out to the edge of the reef - some of the best snorkling we have done. Fantastic room service each day. My only complaint was the TV in the rooms - one worked well but not all channels were available, the other was very glitchy and the kids would only want to watch TV in our bedroom. :)

I bought a packaged stay at the hotel for my 20th wedding anniversary. This included a bottle of sparkling wine and welcome kit on arrival. Despite reminding the reception twice on arrival, this didnt happen.

A lovely resort for time out
We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Tokoriki, the staff are amazing and really made us feel like home. They even came over to our table on the last night and sang a goodbye song for us and gave us a desert cake with goodbye friends written on it. We couldn't fault any of the staff. The food was good and we opted for the breakfast and dinner option (please note dinner is either 2 courses or buffet). At night there was always live music and the musicians were fantastic. We really enjoyed it. By day you could catch a jet ski out to the drop off at the reef and this was great. The staff at the boat shop were really caring and helpful. I also kayaked and that was fun. The cultural shows were good. What makes this place so good is the staff, as they take the time to chat and get to know you. They did ask a couple of times was the room good or any issues. Our room however was not as pictured on this website. We had an island view king guest room which pictures a table and two comfy chairs. When we went into the room there was no table or chairs, only a desk chair and the room looked a lot smaller than the picture on the website here. We asked on two occasions for a table and two comfy chairs to be put in our room, but we never received them. Plus it was an interconnecting room which I felt was more noisy and smaller than other garden rooms. Unfortunately I had to bring an outdoor chair in each day. If booking a garden view room you may or may not get as pictured.

We had an excellent stay. Everyone was most welcoming, food options were good - especially a la carte. We stayed in the adults only section so was quiet at night. We didn’t choose all-inclusive, but think that would be a good option especially if wanting to use watersport options. Would go back again in a heartbeat.
