The bed in this hotel was fabulously comfortable and the room was lovely. It had everything I needed. I was on the third floor over looking Kevin Street Upper and in the morning there was some traffic noise, but this did not disrupt me too much. I arrived very early to the hotel, so did not expect to have a room ready. I completed the check in forms with one of the ladies and left my case. I was given a map (not shown where we were on it - though i did not ask) and set off for a walk around Dublin. I got back to the hotel at 7.30pm and retrieved my case form the girl at reception. My key was not ready, though I noted others who checked in earlier had keys waiting on the side. I did not get told how to find the lift, though i did spot a door with the word lift on it and headed that way. Next morning I went down to check out and met a very friendly gentleman on the front desk, who asked how my stay was. I left my case again. When I went back for my case later there were 2 girls on reception who initially ignored me while they laughed over something but then got my case for me. There was no offer of getting me a cab or if i needed any help to get to the airport.
