Erg koud op de kamer bij aankomst Zouden bij de bierfabriek eten daar ook al ontzettend koud. Dus besloten daar NIET te eten. In bad moet je douchen wat erg glad was met uitstappen. Ontbijt miste ik ontbijt koek…. Water liep niet door in bad en ook decwasbsk niet. Bij de uit check geen vraag of het naar wens was.

Das Zimmer war dreckig, es gab nur eine Steckdose, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das upgrade war es nicht wert und das Überraschungspaket was ich gebucht habe kam nir zu 1/3, von Blüten, Süßigkeiten und Handtüchern in Schwanform, gab es nur die Handtücher. Alles in allem, ein echt doofer Aufenthalt, aber die Lage war top.

Good hotel, but google surroundings first
Nice hotel located near center with parking close too. We had a very disappointing checkin, includng a very short female receptionist who didnt knew much about parking or the surrounding area, with medicore english skills, Lucky for her and us, she haf a professional colleguage named Melanie who are brillant and friendly, so first impression ended good. Few hours later a male receptionist checked us in, no problem. We enjoyed the hotel and especially the staff serving breakfast was very nice, smiling and the food was very nice.

The room was so hot and the A/C doesn't work. We couldn't sleep for the first three nights despite an additional fan. They changed it room for the last two nights.

Onderhoud van de kamer kan beter.
We waren uitgekozen tot " Gast van de dag" en kregen daarom een gratis upgrade. Een kamer met: een airhockeytafel die niet functioneerde. Een verstopte wastafel: Een spiegelgladde vloer (als deze nat was) in de badkamer. Een defect nachtlampje. Onderhoud van de kamer was dus niet echt geweldig. We hebben de gratis update niet kunnen vergelijken met een standaard kamer. Hotel heeft geen parkeergelegenheid. 1e mogelijkheid 3-4 honderd meter verder op.

There was a water leakage in our room and hotel was full, we were directed us tot Lelystad. So have I no experience with Almere. Lelystad experience is generally good, facilities look-and-feel is outdated, could use a refurbishement.
