War alles OK. Parkphaus direkt vor der Tür( hat bei 1 Übernachtung nur 6€ gekostet). Viele verschiedene Restaurants in der nähe. Einige Geschäfte schließen allerdings schon um 18.00.

La corrente nella camera è saltata alle 21:00 fino al check-out. Ho chiamato la reception 2 volte per fare notare l'assenza di elettricità. Hanno risposto che arriverà qualcuno per risolvere il guasto, ma NESSUNO è venuto! Tutta la sera/notte senza corrente. Malissimo!

Dette er noe av det værste vi har opplevd av hoteller rundt om i Europa. Skittent, slitt, forferdelige senger og dårlig frokost, under vår frokost, var det ingen personell til stede, bordene sto uryddet, ingen fylte på etterhvert ting ble tomt. Styr unna dette hotellet, alt for høy pris for det du får.

The property we’re staying in was comfortable, safe & convenient to the shop & easy to get transport. The room was clean & very friendly staff. The only problem was a bit too far from Amsterdam city. Well recommended!

To be honest, there were a lot of ups and downs for a one night stay, but we walked away happy. Smooth check in but with a miscommunication about our breakfast in bed that we had specially ordered. The requested baby crib was already in the room but there were also earplugs so you know what that means. The eco friendly wash was out by the sink but there was plenty in the shower. When we went down to clarify the breakfast issue, the very friendly staff promised it would be delivered at 8am. Slept a bit rocky and definitely needed the earplugs because there was a lot of noise from the surrounding bars and restaurants. In the morning 8am came and went with no food in sight. At 8.30 called down and they had no idea what we were talking about. They called back a few minutes later and said breakfast was on it's way. 9am came and went with no knock at our door. Toddler was now starving and crying so i called down again (with said screaming toddler on my arm). 5 minutes later...The Most Beautiful Breakfast I Have Ever Seen was rolled into our room. I felt like Juila Roberts in Pretty Woman. It was amazing. No idea if this was the normal fare or if it was to make up for the mishap, but who cares. We ate like royalty. And to boot they apologized by giving us 20 euros as recompense. Overall it was a cute little hotel in a central location, perfect for a quick trip to see Lelystad.

I only use this hotel (and have done for years) due to its proximity to our office in Lelystad. The hotel is worn and dated, not invested in, and clearly is understaffed resulting in poor service. apparently due for refit next year, which hopefully will make it better value for money. at present is only location that speaks for using it compared to the new van der valk who charge the same price but much better facility

Leider scheint es in dem Hotel niemanden zu geben, der dem Personal sagt, dass man vor allem im Bereich des Frühstücksbüffet durchaus mal einen Putzlappen verwenden MUSS! Normalerweise bin ich kein Freund von Hotelbewertungen, aber in diesem Fall kann ich die Kritik nicht ersparen.

Wir hatten zunächst ein nicht klimatisiertes Zimmer zur Terasse des Hotels und einer Straße. Bei warmen Wetter und diesem Gebäude war das sehr unangenehm. Nachdem wir das reklamiert haben, wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage angeboten. Leider mussten wir feststellen das die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Ebenso funktionierte die TV-Fernbedienung nicht. Aus der Decke hing ein LED-Spot und die Fenster und Balkon waren mit Schokoladenreste verunreinigt. Morgens beim Frühstück wurde es noch katastrophaler. Dreckige Tische und Teller. Beim herausnehmen des Bestecks aus der Papierserviette musste festgestellt werden, das am Messer noch Ei-Reste vom letzten Benutzer klebten. Altes vergammeltes Obst setze dem noch die Krone auf. Absolut nicht empfehlenswertes Hotel, das eine Schande für die Leonardo Hotel Gruppe ist.

I am very sorry to read that the temperature was high and you did not have a room with air conditioning. All our suites have air conditioning. It was very nice to read that you gave us a free upgrade to one of our suites, however, I am sorry that the air conditioning in the new room did not work at that time. We have put this into action immediately in response to your feedback, so that we can solve this as soon as possible. I have also shared your feedback regarding the breakfast with our Food & Beverage department, so we can prevent this from happening in the future. We strive for perfection for our guests and we clearly fell short with you. We would very much like to have seen this differently. Gehorig en airco loos hotel. Geen koelkastje en verouderde maar beetje opgeknapt. Douche liep niet door. Er werd om 9:00 al op de deur geklopt door housekeeping. Bedden niet comfortabel. Voor € 135,- (zonder ontbijt) verwacht je wel iets beters.

Allereerst wil ik graag mijn excuses aanbieden dat u verblijf niet aan de verwachtingen heeft voldaan. Wij streven echt naar de perfecte service voor u als onze gast, echter zijn we tekort geschoten bij u. Wij hadden dit echt graag anders gezien. Uw feedback met betrekking tot de receptie (gehorigheid), de mankementen van de kamer en de Housekeeping heb ik dan ook gedeeld met mijn team, zodat we dit kunnen oplossen en voorkomen voor de toekomst. Helaas kan ik niets meer veranderen aan u ervaring. Daarentegen wil ik benadrukken dat wij wel heel dankbaar zijn voor uw feedback, omdat we deze gebruiken om onszelf te verbeteren en ontzettend vele van leren. Tevens hebben wij wel airconditioning in sommige van onze kamers. Dit betreffen onze suites. Daarnaast zijn ook minibars bij onze receptie beschikbaar op aanvraag. Poor comfortable bed.
Very poor lighting system inside the room. Uncomfortable mattress in the bed. Can't sleep in it. During the two days stay didn't clean my room at all. Poor service.

Lokale im Haus gut, ansonsten in der Umgebung kaum Möglichkeiten. Mit Fahrrad alles gut zu erreichen , zu Fuß lange Wege zum Hafen usw.
