Not sure where you stayed but we don't have ANY rooms that cost $73. We change our linen and clean rooms after EVERY checkout. Front desk is manned 24 hrs a day. While we may not be at the desk continuously we do have a bell that will alert staff to come to front desk. Apparently you did not use it.

As explained to you when you checked in we have limited parking and do not allow people to park here for 2 weeks while they are out of state. Airport has short term as well as long term for this situation.

We apologize that you had such a bad stay with us. We have recently purchased this property and are working to correct issues you have mentioned. Unfortunately we can't do it overnight but we are working at it.

Well...As a general rule I try to be polite but when you wait until the middle of the night to inform us of a problem there is no one to deal with it. We do not have housekeeping and maintenance on duty 24/7. As far as me being rude goes I was just mirroring you. If there was an issue with the a/c we would have GLADLY moved you to a different room.

We strive to keep people from smoking in building as per Michigan law states but unfortunately we are limited as to our ability to enforce it. If we find evidence of people smoking in a room we bar them from coming back. It sounds like this was the case in the room you got as the air purifier was running to clean the smoke smell out of the room.

We DO NOT put blood stained sheet on a bed. Never have and never will. Yes we have daily, weekly, monthly rentals as does ANY hotel. Rough characters? Not hardly. The people you are referring to are carpet installer, truckers, waitresses, and other working class people who because they live here watch what goes on and help to make this a safe, quiet place to be.

We have never responded "Oh well" to customer complaints. We try to address them as soon as possible but in some cases the time an issue is brought to our attention may cause us to delay doing anything about it. (We aren't going to move furniture at 3 a.m.,etc, etc, etc)

There was no bullet holes in curtains. None of our rooms are missing carpet. Housekeeping DID miss the tp shoved in peephole but the peephole WAS there as are they all. I remember you coming in and demanding everything under the sun. Find it interesting that you went to a different hotel and had the EXACT SAME ISSUES.

We are not racist. And I invite everyone to come see for yourself. As far as being nasty and smelling of smoke goes... We clean our rooms with clean fresh linens and towels, rooms are dusted and vacuumed after EVERY checkout. If we catch someone smoking in room we warn them not to and if they continue we evict them.
