The pool was freezing. They would not turn up temperature. They said the hot tub was broke. People were overcrowded in it and the water was filthy. Lobby was updated but room was shabby. Waited for over an hour past opening time to get service by overpriced in lobby restaurant. I am disabled and was on the 3rd floor and the elevator broke. Had to carry all my luggage down three flights of stairs. Parking lot had huge potholes and not kept up

The staff at this hotel were amazing. However the property was very very tired and could really use an upgrade. If this chain made the effort to upgrade this hotel is would be a gem

Pool & hot tub wasnt open it was very disappointing! Food wasñt available after we came in. We had to order out and have it delivered. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

Where do I begin. Chose this place because of the pool and hot tub. Nowhere does it say they have been closed for some time which I found out from an unapologetic staff.was told could cancel reservation which conveniently website said no cancellations tried to get dinner at their restaurant and told it closed cause someone had to leave. Beds were like trying to sleep on a trampoline stains everywhere hair all over the bathroom holes in the parking lot that were too big to be classified as potholes.place reeked of pot which can't really blame them for. Only positive note I can end with is that the shower had great water pressure. Would never recommend this place and I will not be using Expedia again in the future

I booked this room for my son to swim for his birthday. Arrived at the property for check in and was told the pool was down. Not once did they say online that the pool was down and not available, something like that should have been advertised so that people aware at the time of booking.

The room was clea but there wete 4 of us and 2 towels, washclothes, etc. Coffeemaker in room but only 2 coffee packs & they were decaf( in the morning(?!?). One of the window curtains had a tear in it. Front desk was abrupt, efficient but not welcoming. No free breakfast.

When I checked in I was notified that the pool and hot tub we not available but when I booked the room it said it was My first room that I received the heater didn't work very well the csr was quick in getting me another room we bought some food to put in the fridge that was in the room had mold in it. The hotel couldn't give me a discount or any refund due to booking through a third party

We felt safe there and the employees were very nice. We didn't like that the heat was broke and it was really hot in the room even with the window open.

The bathroom had mold on the tub and shower curtain. The odor in the room was overwhelming. The curtains on the window had many tears and cuts. Room was not stocked with coffee or cups. We only stayed the night because we were tired after driving 600 miles and no refund was offered. On the other hand, the staff was excellent! I cannot say enough about how accommodating the young man at the front desk was.

Simple hotel. Not up to the standards of a Marriott! Charge 10.00 for parking. Several other hotels very near there I will choose next time

The pool and hot tub were down main reason we picked the hotel. The room had no fridge or microwave. The matress cover was ripped. Stain on the mattress and dust cover. Very hard to regulate temperature since the unit controls seemed to not work propeely.

There were three of us in the room only had towels enough for two the next day we went down to ask for more towels they didn’t have any following day We went down and asked for towels in the morning didn’t get any had to go down at night to pick up towels, housekeeping never came in to clean the garbage Set it out in the hall and they never picked it up

When i arrived i was told that the pool was out of order. No coffee in the room or even available unless you wanted a starbucks coffee for 4.69. The wall paper in the bathroom wall. The room had this musk aroma like it used to be smoked in room smell. Thanks, Woodrow Campbell

Front desk had issues with expedia reservations. Hot tub and pool were closed for heater issues. Hallways had trash on floor. Curtains in room were falling apart and stained. Had to go get owm toilet paper and towels. Nothing updated at all.

I was unable to stay there. Due to the fact that they only accept major credit cards. they would not accept my major credit card. And they would not accept cash. They don't accept any type of other forms of payment. the person at the desk was very rude and told me to get out of the facility would never return again. I ended up going to gateway hotel next door which is a beautiful hotel, and great service there.
