If you normally need extra pillows and are traveling via air, please don’t expect to get any extra pillows, even after a request. If you’re traveling by car, you probably already do what I do, which is to bring your own pillows. However, this time, we traveled via air. It took them forever to respond to my request at the front desk for additional pillows due to a medical condition. This request was after initially requesting them when I made the reservation.
When they finally told me they couldn’t honor my request, it was an hour and a half later, and they were not busy with check ins. So for me, taking this long to respond when it was very obvious that they could have done so sooner, showed to me that customer service is not at the top of their to do list.
The room and hotel were not bad, but because a request for extra pillows was denied, and I explained it was for a medical condition, I will not stay here again, and we will be back in this area several times a year. And I ended up with a horrible night of sleep, since my medical condition was affected.
If you are okay with no special requests or mediocre customer service, then this particular hotel would work well for you.
