직원분이 매우 친절하셨습니다 숙박위치도 너무 좋습니다 처음에 가면 몇층인지 찾기어려워 고생을 좀 하긴 했지만 사장님도 친절하시고 시설도 깨끗하고 좋습니다 특히 조식이 젤 맘에 들었어요^^

피렌체 시내 중심인 Repubbica 광장에 위치하여 피렌체 관광하기 아주 좋은 위치 주변에 맛집과 오래된 유명한 식당들이 즐비함 피렌체 공항과 중앙역에서도 가깝고 안전한 곳임 천정이 높고 쾌적함

Excellent location overlooking the Piazza del Repubblica, a 3 minute walk to Duomo, Baptistry & Bell Tower; 8 mins to Uffizi & Riccardi; Mercato Central Market. Worth the extra to have a lovely larger suite with Jacuzzi. Rueben at Front Desk was most helpful. Sophie the super housekeeper was a delight. Highly recommend this property!

Hicimos check in, nos dieron una habitacion que no nos correspondia de menor valor a la que pagamos. A la hora, volvieron a decirnos que se habian confundido y como ya estabamos a costados tomando una siesta, nos dejaron donde estabamos. Tampoco se molestaron en devolvernos dinero por la habitacion de menos calidad a la que sacamos. El wifi tampoco llegaba bien a la habitacion que estaba a 1 piso por escalera.

Love the fact that is in the middle of almost everything. The staff was great and very helpful. The room are comfortable with A/C. Overall it was a great choice to stay.

My husband and I LOVED our stay here! Conveniently close to all the main places we wanted to see in Florence. It was very easy for us to return/stop by to rest/freshen up in the middle of a long day of walking/exploring. Room was kept very tidy/clean. Would highly recommend!

Excellent choice in Florence
Comfortable stay except for the air conditioning. When in use it dripped constantly and we had to place towels under it. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was adequate. The bathroom was good and had a wonderful shower based on other VRBO stays on this trip. The location in Florence was great. We enjoyed being in a building with an elevator.

Everything would be excellent if air conditioner would be working properly, better communication between property management and us. Room was clean but only one body wash and shampoo was provided as well as one towel per person. If you don’t throw towel on the floor, they won’t change it even if it’s wet. Location was perfect

Would definitely recommend!
Great location, very nice rooms, nice bed. Check in was a few minutes walk away from the hotel but thats normal for Europe. We would definitely stay there again. We didn't do breakfast.

The response time and the ability to get ahold of staff via whattsapp was incredible. They were very responsive and prompt. Would highly recommend this place!

Location was fabulous! Literally had the Duomo in our backyard! Beauty at its best! Train station was walking distance! Suite was really good, nice and clean. Had mini breakfast included (not a lot of options though) and had coffee machine in room (cannot believe that not all places have this option in Italy!). Staff was helpful and had a smooth check in. And yea, we did walk 200-300m for the check in, but it was really pleasant as there was beauty all around us and was easy to get to the place. We had requested for an early check in and upon arrival the room was nice and ready. Recommend stay for those looking to visit the duomo and enjoy other architectural beauties nearby! Convenient train station nearby was definitely a major plus for this location.

Amazing location and very friendly staff!!
This place was great! Short walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Florence (including to and from the train station). Everything in the room was updated, very clean, and the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here! One confusing part, which would have helped us get their quicker - is that the check-in counter is about a 5-minute walk from the place you stay. So we went to check-in, and left our bags there since we were early, then came back to get the keys and walked to the place you stay. It was no trouble, just a little confusing so hopefully this helps someone!

Do not stay at this property if you like ac. Air conditioner stopped working on day 3 we we literally suffocating and had to open the windows welcoming all mosquitoes in the universe for lunch. Also i forgot to mention the check in location and stay location are in 2 different addresses. When i got to the hotel a nice add on the door told me to go to a 2nd location so that will be so fun rolling your heavy suitcases up the hills and stairs. Un top of everything the location was closed although it was only 1 in the afternoon. I was tired, hot , out of breath and stuck. Thank God for an Italian gentleman who was able to call the property and get me the correct address for check in. After i arrived there the concierge didn’t apologized and was genuinely annoyed that i was upset that i had to run around between 3 different addresses. So no i don't recommend at all.

Definitely value for money. The arrangement was a little odd as they have no staff at one of the buildings after 9PM. It was clean but could be better. Great location literally in the middle of the tourist spot. Overal good property and service.
