조용하고 깨끗한 호텔"~~~
피렌체 중앙역에서 거리가 좀 멀긴하지만 역맞은편에서 14번 버스를 타면 8분정도 소요되고 호텔부근에서 내리니 교통편이 아주 불편하지는 않았습니다.주변환경도 조용하고 무엇보다도 호텔이 무척 깨끗하고 예쁩니다. 아침식사는 맛있지는 않았지만 비교적 괜찮았습니다.

평이한 숙소
피렌체 관광지와 멀지는 않으나.. 기차역에서 숙소까지 가는 15분 정도의 거리가 외지고... 주변 가게도 없고... 아침도 그저 그런 식사 였습니다. 서비스는 친절.

A hidden gem
It was a nice surprise to find this small pension. The owner was really helpful planning the Firenze visit. One thing is that there was no sign to shoe it it a hotel/pension outside. I walked up the street a couple of times before successfully push the buzzer to summon somebody.

주인이 너무 친절하게 잘 알려주셨구요, 방도 침대도 너무 깨끗하고 관리가 너무 잘 되어있었어요. 수건도 많이 주시고 ㅋㅋㅋ 피렌체 다운타운에서 좀 먼게 흠이지만 걸어서 한 15-20분이면 왔다갔다 할 수 있어요. 밤에 그리고 굉장히 조용해요.

주인아저씨께서 너무 친절하게 잘해주시고 정말 너무너무너무 만족스러웠습니다. 아저씨께서 한국말로 후기를 부탁하셔서 남깁니다 ㅎㅎ.위치도 역에서 가깝고 숙박시설 전체가 화이트 컨셉으로 되어있는데 센스있는 아저씨의 감각이 돋보입니다.아침식사도 너무 좋구 정말 매우매우 청결 강추 !!!!!!!!:D

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig; man konnte die Unterhaltung aus der benachbarten Wohnung von nebenan verstehen, sogar die einzelnen Worte. Der Fernseher war auch sehr laut bis ca. 0:00 Uhr. Das Frühstück was typisch für ein B&B, Kaffee war aber nur von 8:30 bis ca. 9:30 verfügbar, es gab sonst keine Möglichkeit sich Kaffee zu machen. Zahlen konnten wir nur in bar (Übernachtung Tourismustax). Als Quittung eine Mail ohne Nennung der Summe! Parkplätze auf der Straße. Marco, der uns empfangen hatte, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Bien si vous êtes un lève tôt (bruit de 7 à 8h)
Arrivée avec l’hôte très bien. Ponctuel et donne de bons conseils de restaurants. L'appartement est très agréable, la chambre spacieuse. Le problème est que rien n'est insonorisé. Les voisins du dessus qui traînent leur meubles sur le sol; les voisins, les motos et voitures qui partent du parking sous la fenêtres. Bruit de 7 à 8h. Exceptionnellement durant notre séjour, des travaux avaient lieu sur le parking. Impossible de se reposer.

Einfach und spartanisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr freundliche Betreuung, Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit Bus Nr 20, Abfahrt gleich um die Ecke, noch einfacher. Parkplatz an der Straße vorhanden, ruhige Wohngegend.

看板など目印になるものがないため場所が分かりにくい。 この価格で路上駐車とはいえ無料の駐車付きはありがたい。 部屋は清潔で広く、朝食は軽食といった感じでコスパはいい。

À deux pas du centre historique.
Situé à deux pas du centre historique et de la gare de Florence vous êtes reçu avec gentillesse par votre hôte. Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées ce qui n'est pas un luxe vu les températures que vous pouvez avoir à Florence. Le parking gratuit et en réalité le stationnement dans la rue. Si vous venez en moto comme moi n'hésitez pas à réclamer la clé d'un garage ouvert qui vous permet de mettre votre moto en sécurité durant votre séjour.

Le gérant des lieux est très accueillant et parle très bien français et anglais. La chambre était nickel à notre retour de ballade à Florence. Très proche de la vieille ville sans être complètement dans le centre. Rue calme. Déco originale.

I liked this place. It was quiet, clean. Parking is in the street, we were able to park our car and did not move it for three days until we left for our tour of tuscany. We took taxis to the city center about $10 in the morning and $15 at night. Its only one floor but there are steps to reach the front door. I would stay here again.

DON’T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY ON WINTER!! The heater of this property has been controlled by the owner. The room is super cool and the owner off the additional heater. The car parking is not a designated for the property is a public car park.

Hemos pasado dos noches en el Atelier Cosseria. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. La habitación era muy grande y todo estaba muy limpio. La localización muy buena, a apenas diez minutos a pie del centro histórico.

Our stay was fine. The accommodation is adequate although it is really just a room with a basic breakfast provided, it isn't a hotel. The location is ok, not the nicest area and a good 25 minute walk to the main tourist areas. There is on street parking if available! The hosts Marco and Paulo, were very nice and Marco gave us lots of advice about were to visit etc.

Trois nuitées pour visiter Florence
Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Un peu en dehors, derrière la gare. Il faut compter 15 bonnes minutes de marche pour être à Florence. Mais ca se fait bien. Par contre il n'y a presque rien autour pour se ravitailler en eau, bière.... C'est assez résidentiel. Chambre quand même confortable mais pas de frigo. . Petit déjeuner correct.

Proche du centre ville et parking gratuit
Je recommande ce B&B. Il est très proche du centre-ville (20 minutes à pied), les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et l'accueil excellent. Merci à Marco pour ses précieux conseils. Petit plus, si vous venez en voiture il y a des places gratuites dans la rue.

Our host Marco was very generous with his time in suggesting sites to see. The suite was very spacious and had the most comfortable bed of our 2-week vacation.

Não há recepção, precisa-se combinar o horário de chegada com o sr. Marco por telefone. Quarto grande e limpo. Café da manhã simples. Um pouco longe do centro histórico, situado na parte de trás da estação de Santa Maria Novella. Estacionamento na rua gratuito.

Ottima soluzione per poche notti
Abbiamo prenotato minuto per una due giorni a Firenze. Il proprietario é stato molto gentile e ci ha accolto al limite dell'orario di check-in. Posto pulito, camere spaziose e parcheggio gratuito. A 10 min a piedi si arriva in centro e alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. A colazione, invece, ci ha accolto l'altro proprietario, che fa al momento caffè, te, latte caldo su richiesta. Tutti i prodotti della colazione, ahimè, sono confezionati! Un pochino di sforzo per fare dei dolci fatti in casa e sarebbe veramente il top!! Ci ritornerei!

Ottima struttura e proprietario gentile
Ho soggiornato una notte presso questo bed and breakfast e tutto è stato ottimo. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. L'ingresso è un po' nascosto dalla strada e il parcheggio gratuito è costituito da piazzole di sosta gratuite lungo la via.

Comfort in Florence
The owner Marco was extremely helpful. We missed arranging for a specific check-in time but Marco was very gracious and made special arrangements. He stored our luggage until the room was ready and gave us a lot of suggestions for things to see around Florence. He also stored our luggage the day we checked out so could spend the day sightseeing. Overall I highly recommend this as the place to stay in Florence.

séjour affreux
Nous sommes resté 2 nuits a Florence. La première impression décevante par rapport au quartier et au parking. La petite cour est très jolie. Nous avons oublié de renseigner l'heure de notre arrivée, nous avons attendu 45 minutes car le propriétaire n'habite pas sur place. Marco a été très aimable, il parle un bon français, il nous a renseigné sur les visites a faire. Comme dans tous les hôtels en Italie, il manque une prise de terre pour recharger un ordinateur portable, il faut utiliser un adaptateur.Le lendemain matin , une toute autre histoire, le petit déjeuner a été servi par Paolo dans une ambiance lourde, il a fallu quémander un supplément de café avec un Paolo qui pouffait tous les 3 minutes. Il nous a quand même donné un adaptateur sans préciser s'il faut le rendre tout de suite. Nous sommes ensuite partis a Pise toute la journée, au retour un petit sac en plastique avec quelques provisions ( biscuits, fruits, café, pates, quelques petits pain, un peu d'huile et de beaucoup d'ail ) avait disparu. Le deuxième matin Paolo a affirmé que ce serait la femme de ménage qui l'aurait pris et qu'il faudrait attendre le matin suivant pour la demander. Nous partions dans 30 minutes donc nous avons appelé Marco pour éclaircir ce mystère, il nous a reproché la disparition de l'adaptateur et le fait que nous avions fermés les valises!! On lui a rendu l'adaptateur (qui avait resté dans la chambre toute la journée) et on a obtenu 10 euros pour le sac disparu (on avait déjà payé)
