I apologize for the issues you experienced during you stay. Our hotel policy, which has more so become a standard in the hotel industry since the pandemic, is to offer housekeeping services every 3rd day of your stay. However we would also provide service if requested. This should have been communicated with you upon check-in, and I will retrain my front desk staff to ensure this is properly communicated with our guests upon check-in. Also, if you leave a Do Not Disturb sign on your door, we will leave a fresh set of towels outside of your door for your convenience. Please address issues like these directly with us so that we may resolve it for you immediately. Thank you for staying with us!

I apologize for the misdirection you experienced during your booking. I will reach out to Expedia to correct this misrepresentation for our hotel. And hopefully, one day, we do have EV Chargers for our guests!
