Best in florence.
Supurb florence hotel. Its mood and service were great, and room was wide and clean. They have multiple times for residence to have tea time or breakfast. Great hotel.

리셉션장소가 한국기준으로 2층에 위치하고 있고 엘리베이터는 1층에 있는 점에 유의할 필요가 있습니다. 오후 커피타임 및 저녁 happy hour시 와인이 무료제공되어 근처 관광하다가 잠시 들러 휴식을 취할수 있어 좋았습니다.

좋은 호텔 그러나 찾기 어려운 호텔
이 호텔에 4박 5일간 머물렀다. * 장점 1. 호텔직원이 모두 친절 하다. 처음 맞이하는 직원들이 큰 호텔과는 다른 따뜻함을 준다. 2. 조식이 생각보다는 괜찮다. 조식 가지수가 좀 부족하지만, 맛도 있고, 커피가 정말 맛있다. 3. 관광지 중심에 있다. - 베키오 다리, 두오모 성당등 주요 관광지가 도보로 5분 거리에 있어서 좋고, 역에서도 멀지 않은 거리에 있다. 4. 호텔을 예약하면 호텔에서 이메일이 온다. 언제 도착하냐 등.. 친절하다. * 단점 1. 정말 취약한 단점은 이 호텔을 찾기 너무너무 힘들다. 구글 지도를 보고 갔는데, 주변에 모두 높은 건물이라 찾기 힘들다. 특히 호텔 단독건물이 아니라, 1층에 상가(까르띠에 향수파는 가게 바로 옆)와 함께 있었고, 호텔 입구 화장님 출입구 처럼 작다. 특히 무거운 캐리어를 끌고 계단 수십개를 올라가는건 악몰 이었다. (1층에 벨을 누르면 캐리어를 들어준다. - 처음 갈때 당인히 모른다.) 한국인이면 꼭 이 위치를 정확히 보고 가시라. 정확히 보고 가도 찾기 정말 힘들꺼다.

Everything was wonderful. Getting up the huge flight of stairs was hard but you only do it once with luggage and they will come help you. Nice people on staff. Very accommodating. Everything was walking distance away.

We had a great stay at Hotel Davanzati with our two teen girls. Front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast staff were so friendly. We attended the happy hour one evening & it was lovely. The location of this hotel is just amazing...everything is about a 10-minute walk. We had a room that overlooked the street & the room had a noise machine in it that we used & the noise from outside was no problem at all. I hope to get to go back to Florence one day & I would definitely want to stay here again.

The staff was very helpful getting our luggage up the flight of stairs to the lift stored our luggage due to room not ready yet when we went back to get our room later in the day our luggage was already in the room

We had a fantastic time here. The staff are very attentive and lots of small extras were a nice touch. There was little warning about the parking situation (almost impossible to park near and not have other drivers damage your hire car). It is right in the centre and there are complex driving arrangements with no vehicle zones that are confusing. Well research your parking plans first. We parked 20 minutes walk away in a public car park by the train station This doesn't detract from the brilliant stay just some advice for future travellers if bringing a car

I just went to Florence for five days and I am delighted and grateful I found this wonderful family-run hotel right at the centre of the city. More than the perfect location for visiting the key sights, Hotel Davanzati is a beautiful and comfortable boutique hotel where the family team are both welcoming and efficient, attending to your every need so that you have a wonderful and comfortable stay with them. The breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee service, and aperitif in the evening are lovely to get you going for the day, to relax on a break from the visit, or getting ready to go for dinner. All in all a Five Star experience!

Great location, lovely stay, impeccable service! Leonardo was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay, and the barista at breakfast made the best cappuccino I have ever had!! Grazi!!

This is the third time I have stayed at the Hotel Davanzait and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and professional, and the hotel includes breakfast, afternoon tea and Happy Hour which are all included in the price. I hope to return there again someday.

The staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is great for walking and exploring Florence. Clean room, super breakfast and bonus happy hour.

Very convenient location. Very clean with good quality bedding. Good selection of fruits and foods for Breakfast. Happy hour was lovely..nice and cozy with good quality wines and snacks. Leonardo and Alberto were exceptional front desk staff..very affable, helpful and welcoming. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Mi esposo y yo estamos conociendo Italia y en Florencia estuvimos en el Davanzati, el staff maravilloso te hacen sentir en familia, la limpieza y actividades del hotel excelentes, muy bien ubicado, está muy cerca de todo el único problema es el acceso al Hotel que es por unas escaleras algo incomodas aunque siempre tienes la ayuda de algún chico del staff. Con seguridad regresaría a este hotel.

We loved this property. It was a smaller room but the place is gorgeous, clean and first-rate facilities with a old-world charm. Check-in was quick and efficient. Angel was friendly, personable and eager to provide good suggestions for our stay in Florence. We will definitely stay here again!!

Excellent advice from staff on dining options and who also volunteered to make reservations for us. The service also extended to helping move luggage up and down stairs. We enjoyed a four night stay thid central location in Florence.

I love the property it was very nice inside… Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly..But it was rather close to the train station… It’s good if you want to use the train a-lot about a 5 minute walk,..but a lot of transient people live/hangout there
