The room is separated from the breakfast room by a small corridor and a further door and we have received no complaints in eight years.With regard to breakfast during the days of your stay, in addition to the entire coffe proposal which was served to you more times, in the bouffett an assortment of croissants, two types of cakes, at least two types of cold cuts, cheese, boiled eggs or omelette, fresh cheese and tomato or pecorino cheese and pears, seasonal fruit and fruit salad, jams and nutella, as well as bread and mixed slices, at least 3 different types of yogurt, butter, water and orange juice.With regard to the information provided on places of interest, restaurants and means of transport, we try to enable our guests to choose among the various proposals. First of all it was difficult for us to communicate with you because you did not respond to emails and the phone because the number was incorrect and we had to wait 3 (THREE) hours before knowing that you would arrive after closing time and so we activated the chek-in self. Obviously our position is as shown in the HOTEL.COM map, immediately outside the pedestrian area (for this you did not have to pay the parking of 25-35 € per night) in a street in the center of Florence not only with shop windows and restaurants , but where the Florentines live, but only 10-15 minutes walk from the tourist areas of interest. If you wanted to reside near the Duomo, you had to choose one of the many existing structures, but with prices from 30 to 100% higher than ours for a frescoed room of 36 square meters like the one in which you gave, in addition to the cost of parking. With the available technology such as Google map etc. it is always possible to see the street and the neighborhood before booking. If this is your need, always do it in the future.
