We had a wonderful stay here. For less than the cost of a hotel, we had a very large apartment with a huge private outdoor patio, high ceilings and mere blocks to the Duomo! The giant tub in the bedroom was a welcome surprise. While very large, it's not really a 2 bedroom - it's one bedroom with a sofa bed in a nook with sliding doors. I stayed with my two teen daughters and there was plenty of room for us. You'll need your own kitchen supplies but don't expect to cook much with such delicious food right out the front door. Communication was a bit confusing - the hosts use WhatsApp instead of Expedia's messaging platform. I would be delighted to stay here again. Comfortable, quiet, spacious.

This place is beautiful and spacious. High ceilings, huge shower (although it's a high step to get into), huge kitchen table area, a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink. And it's right next to the building that the David is in, and just a short walk to the Duomo.

Wow! This place is absolutely stunning! The amount of space inside, the location so near to everything and the comfort in the place are hard to find in Florence! The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch too! But the absolute master piece of this place is the shower/bath! I haven't seen anything like it in a rental property before! Absolutely amazing!

The property is located in a great area. So pretty and spacious. We waited for over an hour in the heat to get someone to open the door for us. It's impossible to communicate with management because they are not there. There is no laundry service provided, it's listed on the booking. They only gave us 3 towels for all 4 days and never clean your room during your stay. I would not recommend this property for that reason.

Appartamenti bellissimi, lusso totale, bagno in camera con mega vasca idromassaggio, spazi molto curati e abbastanza grandi. 全体的にとても良いアパートホテルでした。スタッフはとても明るくて親切。お部屋も十分に広くて清潔で、キッチンなどの設備も問題なし。バスタブにジャグジーが付いているのが最高です！駅からは15分ほど歩きますが、ドゥオモからすぐの場所にあるので観光もしやすかったです。コスパも良いので、またフィレンツェに行く機会があればここに泊まりたいです。

More than good
My family love big rooms, DHR definitely satisfies us. The room is clean and in good condition. The host guys are very helpful, show the map for us and give out a detailed introduction of the city from galleys to restaurants. The large bathtub, music and cookware are also very good. Maybe the house keeper should be more careful.

This property and staff were amazing. Great Florence location. Excellent apartment. Staff were fantastic with help with items like arranging taxi to and from airport to ensuring we had bottled water and coffee in our apt. Planning to stay with them again.

Beautiful property in a very central and busy location of Florence, yet the apartments are very well insulated and quiet at night. Five star service from Ian, Daniele and Team - all super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about Florence's art treasures, food and wine and parks. Great Stay
5 minutes walk from Duomo Da Firenze. 10 minutes walk from Central Train Station. Very good location. So many good restaurants in surrounding area. Famous attractions and shopping area of Florence are in walking distance. Helpful staff and comfortable bedrooms with kitchenette.

Fantastic property. Stayed here with friends for a few days in May, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the amount of space and the ability to spread out. Beautiful finishes; felt like every detail had been thought of. Main bedroom was huge, and a foldout sofa bed was housed in a room that could be completely shut off from the rest of the living space. Two full bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, nice living area, and a nice terrace that we didn't use but certainly admired. The staff knew we would be arriving late on the night of check-in, around 9:30pm or 10:00, and asked us to call half an hour in advance. They picked up immediately, were patient as we dealt with spotty cell phone service, and were present and eager to help as soon as we walked through the door. Great location a three-minute walk from the Duomo. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing design, location
Amazing location, apartment and style. One of our favorite places to stay! Beautiful and amazing design; wish my house looked like this. Late arrival handled through WhatsApp along with any request and real-time communication - not traditional hotel with check-in or concierge (more like AirBNB)... someone available in person 9am-7pm. Wish this hotel was in every city In-room information and booking state surprises like Prosecco and flowers, and the Breakfast included “to be made in room.” Neither available so info should be revised or removed.

This property was by far the best place we have stayed at during our holiday to Italy. We had the 2 bedroom Annunziata apartment which was beautiful, large and quiet. Ian was great at check in, giving us loads of information to make our stay effortless. We really felt comfortable and at right at home.

We recently spent 6 nights at the Domux Home. Overall there were a couple of positives but also significant improvement areas. As a result I would NOT recommend you to stay at any of their properties. Starting w the positives. Location was excellent. The apartment is located less than two blocks from the Duomo and allows you to walk to any part of the city within minutes. In addition the WIFI was very good. With all 4 of use using the network at the same time the speed was excellent. Unfortunately, those were all of the positives. The overall condition of the apartment although fairly new was not well maintained & not practical. Electrical sockets came out of the wall, half the light bulbs in the bath and bedroom were out and there were numerous stains on the ceiling from water leaks as well as mold. In addition the sofa bed in the second room was paper thin and the shower was barely usable for a child. That said the biggest issue we had was with the air conditioning. It turns out the air conditioning for the entire building broke down 4 days prior to our arrival. During this time the temperature in Italy was 100F (38F) each day. So you can imagine how warm the building was. Management did not inform us of this until we arrived. The air conditioning took two days to be repaired and was not powerful enough to cool the apartment. To help compensate us for our inconvenience the management left a note and an 8 Euro bottle of table wine.

Dear Mr. Lesica John, Thank your for your feedback.We appreciate the Positive and will take inspiration in order to improve the less positive ones, but I would like to clarify few point: 1-The lack of the Air-Conditioning was concerning the all City of Florence due to power surges, and was FIXED the Following day. 2-Electrical Plug has been broken by you, plugging the wrong device in the wall, and we kindly decided not to charge the damage. 3-The entire staff di everything possible and much more in order to accomodate you at the best. We provided you an upgrade in the biggest apartment for you and your family. and Ian went beyond his duties in order to assist your in every way possible. what you sarcastically define "the management left a note and an 8 Euro bottle of table wine.." is just embarrassing and reflect the respect you have for people who work with their passion and care of details, and do their best for their guest in order to create a unique experience and make them feel at home, even the less emphatic guests :) Sincerely, Daniele Lava

Der Empfang am Anreisetag war freundlich. Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers im 2. OG war gehoben und in sehr gutem Zustand. Den großen Whirlpool im Bad haben wir nicht zum Baden nur zum Duschen (wunderbare Regendusche) benutzt, da das Wasser nie komplett ablief und immer ein Rest in der Wanne stand - das schien uns hygienisch nicht ganz einwandfrei. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt; die Nähe zum Dom und vielen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig; die Klimaanlage gut zu regeln. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass jeden zweiten Tag der Zimmerservice kam, die Betten frisch bezogen wurden und im Bad die Handtücher gewechselt wurden!!!

We can't say enough great things about this property. Ian, the manager was super friendly and helpful . The location next to the Accademia and a short walk from the Duomo and Mercado Centrale can't be beat. The stylish furniture and the jacuzzi put it over the top.

El apart es altamente recomendable muy bien ubicado a dos cuadras del Duomo reciclado a nuevo de alta calidad y los chicos que atienden don muy serviciales, proveen teléfono con servicio 4g y teléfono para llamadas locales e internacionales gratis.

The 3 room suite was a modern oasis in the midst of historic Florence just steps away from the museum that hosts the David. The hotel manager was always available to provide suggestions on places to eat and visit and was deeply apologetic when the AC failed during the last night of our stay. The kitchenette provided us with options so that we could eat breakfast in the suite if we needed to. We would definitely consider staying there again on our next trip to Florence and Tuscany

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Domux Home. The apartment was perfect for our family. The location was amazing - very central and walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was super helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Domux Home.

Great accommodation for three adults who did most of their own cooking. Comfy sofa to relax on. Beds all comfy. Kitchen well set-up. We bought olive oil, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and groceries. Air -conditioned! Wild bathtub/ shower in main bedroom a novelty, but not needed. The 'den' really functioned well as a second bedroom. The staff were very helpful with dinner suggestions for food sensitivity accommodation, and they helped us print up some documents. Two of the 6 nights were very noisy. One night was other hotel guests partying and the second night was local people fighting and the sound echoing in the courtyard. Not much could be done about either. Handy safe to stow items while out sightseeing.

Comfortable stay in Domux apartment, Florence
Had a very comfortable stay from the time we arrived to when we left. Apartment is well fitted out, Comfortable and centrally located. Well recommended.

Home away from Home
Just returned from a 5 day vacation stay in Florence. Loved the Domux Home Ricasoli property. Our family had two of the apartments and both were very luxurious. Danielle made our stay even more comfortable by taking care of all details. He helped arrange for airport transfers, valuable suggestions of places to see, arranging for a personal driver and van to see nearby towns. I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends and family. Another major plus point is its excellent location to all the major sites in florence.
