위치 하나로 별 다섯개 드릴수 있어요 ㅎㅎ 걸어서 5분거리에 두오모 갈수 있어요~거의 피렌체 중심지에 있어서 다른 관광지 갈때 매우 수월합니다 직원분들도 친절하고요 중심지여서 건물 자체가 신식은 아니지만 고풍스럽게 꾸며져 있어서 안락하게 지냈네요 조식도 먹을만 합니다 다시 와도 이 숙소 선택할 것 같습니다 추천해요!!

깔끔하고 친절한 호텔
호텔 방이 조금 작았지만 깔끔하고 괜찮았어요. 높은 층에서 창문을 열면 칼자이우올리 거리가 다 보였습니다. 그래도 밤에 시끄럽거나 하진 않았어요. 두오모 보이는 방도 있다던데 이쪽뷰도 괜찮았어요. 스텝들도 친절했고 조식이 훌륭했습니다.

위치 최고. 매일매일 두오모, 종탑, 광장들 다 볼 수있어서 행복했음. 맛집, 쇼핑할 곳 쫙 몰려이씀. 기차역까지도 금방 감 택시비는 18유로 나옴. 단점은 번화가라 시끄러움. 방음이 외부 내부 다 안됨. 화장실이 별로임. 룸도 좁고 딱 이 가격대 넓이. 직원분들은 엄청 친절하고 체크인 체크아웃 빨라서 좋음. 콘센트 불편해서 멀티탭 꼭 필요함

두오모성당까지 걸어서 2분 우피치미술관 걸어서 2분 베키오다리 걸어서 5분 위치가 너무 좋은 호텔이었습니다~ 조식도 맛있고 직원들도 친절하고 방도 깨끗하니 아주 좋았습니다~

시내중심에 있어 관광과 쇼핑하기에 매우 좋은 위치입니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 아침 조식도 갠찮은편임 , 건물은 오래되었음. 호텔 실내도 방은 작음편임 . 주차는 따로 해야 함 하루 35유로 임.

이탈리아에 있는동안 가장 만족스러웠던 호텔입니다 우선 위치가 너무 좋고, 고풍스러운 느낌에 비해서 내부 시설은 굉장히 편안하고 청결합니다. 스태프들도 무척 친절해서 다음에 피렌체에 방문하면 꼭 이곳을 다시 찾을 생각입니다.

The first trip I took my mother on was to Florence and on that occasion, we stayed at the Hotel Calzaiuoli. More than 15 years later, the hotel is an oasis in the center of Florence. I cannot express my gratitude to the staff for making a reunion with the city an unforgettable experience, from Sara with her concern for helping our arrival, to the staff who I attended the breakfast area, without forgetting all those in charge of the front desk. In addition to the staff and the location, which are in my opinion the two greatest assets of the hotel, the rooms are comfortable and have incomparable views. If you are sensitive to noise, it would be best to request a room that is not directly on Via Calzaiuoli, although the hotel provides earplugs for noise.

Such a lovely hotel, would recommend to anyone staying in Florence. Staff were so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Centrally located to all key points in Florence and easy to walk anywhere we wanted to be.

Excellent! From a smooth check-in, to our beautiful, comfortable room, everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were very helpful, arranging dinner reservations and transportation. The welcome drinks in the lobby each evening and the abundant breakfast offerings were also appreciated. Located just a very short walk from the Duomo, it's the perfect place to stay in Florence.

Rooms are very small, but functional. Great location, but our room faced the street and the people/police/ambulances/street noise was very loud and continued till 5AM every morning and made sleeping bad. Room also got very hot despite being 50F outside requiring opening large windows several times throughout the night.

The room overlooked a quite "popular" street, but it was time for Christmas markets. We needed to eat quite early as we were leaving for an excursion in Rome. The woman in the kitchen was very helpful in letting us go in and eat early breakfast.

موقع ممتاز جدا الموظفين جدا متعاونين موظفة الاستقبال في وقت وصولنا في الليل ما قصرت معنا وكانت تتجاوب مع اتصالاتنا بشكل سريع قبل الوصول و كانت متعاونة عند وصولنا وحققت رغبتنا في تغيير الدور لكن للاسف نسيت اسمها كذلك النادلة في الفطور حبيبة الخدمة اللي تقدمها جدا ممتازة كل افطار تتاكد انه ماينقصنا شيء وتتاكد من القهوة اللي نحتاجها وكذلك سألنها عن بعض تفاصيل الافطار وشرحتلنا بالتفصيل ماشاء الله من الخدمة اللي تقدمها تحس انه انت الوحيد في الفطار يوجد نقطة مهمة للي بيجي بالسيارة المنطقة جميلة لكن ما انصح بالسيارة ابدا لاني مدة ٣ ايام ما احتجت السيارة وكلفتني قيمة ايجار السيارة وقيمة ايجار الموقف لان المنطقة قديمة وشبه مستحيل تحصل موقف مجاني

Tres bon hotel, tres propre et très bien placé au centre de Florence Par contre tres decus de la salle de bain qui est minuscule avec toilette collé a la baignoire et lavabo, porte de douche trop petite avec toilette et lavabo trempés La chambre contenait un détecteur de fumée (très bien) mais juste au dessus du lit avec des flashs en continue ... une horreur Personnel tres bien, bon petit-déjeuner

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome, everyone was so pleasant and helpful even though we spoke very little Italian. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, even though we had a beautiful view right onto the street life below. The breakfast was so much more than we expected, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making the first night of our vacation so memorable

AMAZINGGGGGG HOTEL, LOCATION, AND STAFF
The hotel is amazing ..it is located right in the center ! The breakfast is so rich and delicious. The staff is extremely friendly in particular the waitresses at the breakfast called Habiba and Beatriz. Both ladies know exactly how to take care of customers.

This property is located in the center of the city near the Uffizi museum and right next to shopping areas. You are walking distance to all the major sites.

I was happily surprised with almost every aspect of the hotel: very clean, beautifully run, close to everything. The very best part was how friendly and helpful and delightful all members of the staff were! Polite, helpful, thoughtful! And at breakfast, Habiba made every morning a delight! She even prepared a tray with hot water and lemon for my sister, who had gotten a cold. I will recommend Calzaiuoli to everyone! And if l should be so fortunate as to return to Florence, I'll only want to stay there. Thank you. Mark Jensen

Fabulous location near shops, restaurants and within walking distance of sites. The room size was reasonable, however the bathroom was quite small and the rooms weren’t very soundproof. The staff were fabulous and the breakfast was amazing.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff
Staff was excellent- friendly, service oriented. I asked for a room change and was accommodated. The first room was too small and the bathroom the size of a stand up shower. There are stairs in all hallways so if you have a lot of luggage it is awkward. Location is excellent. Breakfast in plentiful. Would stay there again depending on room size.

The hotel is conveniently located between the Duomo, the Uffizzi and Piazza Republica. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Eva of the housekeeping staff and the breakfast team are especially helpful, as are the front desk team. Excellent service and location. The only negative is that the room we had was a little small with limited shelves and storage, but we did make it work. We did have a king size bed! And the WiFi is excellent .

GREAT LOCATION!!! 15 minute walk from the SMN train terminal. I was too busy admiring the sight of the Duomo and didn't know we were already at the hotel. Grateful they have elevators as my friends booked a hotel nearby and they had to walk up a lot of stairs to get to the elevator and glad ours was right on the ground level. Cute and charming lobby, although small, it had all the Italian charm. And since I was a VIP member, I got an upgrade to large corner unit room on the 4th floor. We heard no noise at all. The room was so lovely and well decorated and left us chocolates and even ear plugs and the only hotel that gave us 2 large bottles of complimentary sparkling water. Next time, I would like to stay here again with a view of the Duomo if lucky enough to get that availability. You won't regret staying here. Stop searching and book this today.
