만족합니다~
위치도 좋고, 집기류나 청결상태도 매우 좋았습니다. 오래된 아파트임에도 불구하고 안은 매우 쾌적하고 넓었어요~ 또, 제가 늦게 도착하고 다음날도 잊는 바람에 체크인 체크아웃을 동시에 하게됐는데, 친절하게 대해주시고 기차시간에 늦을뻔했는데 카운터에 계신분이 택시도 불러주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 만약 다시 피렌체에 4인 이상이 가게 된다면 다시 한번 들르고 싶은 숙소입니다~~~

베키오 다리에서 매우 가까움. 방에서 보는 강 풍경이 멋짐. 숙소가 매우 넓음. 화장실이 3개나 있어서 많은 이용이 이용 시 매우 편리함. 방도 크고, 거실도 넓으며 주방도 필요한 물품들은 대부분 구비되어 있음. 조금 오래되고 작긴 하지만 건물 내에 엘리베이터가 있어 짐을 올리고 내리기가 편리함. 인근에 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 장을 보기 편함.

Dear Soryung, we are sorry you didn't enjoy to the maximum your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a boiler of 100L. If in one shower, all the hot water is used, then it takes about 20 minutes to heat up again. Regarding the heating, unfortunately, it is shut down everywhere in Florence around April 15th and nothing could prepare us to this cold in May. To avoid inconveniences, we brought electric heatings and more blankets to everyone. We hope you could enjoy the city anyway. I wish you all the best, kind regards.

베키오 다리 근처에 위치. 걸어서 피렌체를 둘러보기에 최적의 위치. 아파트 거실 창문 밖으로 보이는 뷰는 정말 최고! 방 2개 짜리 아파트에 묵었는데 정말 엄청 큰 아파트. 이 아파트에 가기 전에 베니스에 있었는데 베니스의 호텔에 비하면 이 아파트는 정말 큰 평수였음. 침구류의 상태와 청결도도 뛰어났음. 바로 근처에 큰 슈퍼마켓도 있고 체크인을 담당해주는 직원도 친절하고 문을 지키는 도어맨도 친절함. 단, 체크인을 늦게할 경우 30유로를 내야 하고 체크아웃도 오전 10시에 해야 하며 주말의 경우 도어맨이 없어서 짐을 맡길 곳도 없다는 점은 단점임. 주변에 주차장이 있으나 차가 많아서 주차가 쉽지는 않음.

Nous étions dans l'appartement "splendid view" qui était très grand et superbe. Propreté irréprochable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. La vue est magnifique. L'emplacement est idéal pour tout faire à pieds. 2 petits points - : quelques odeurs venant de la salle de bain (je pense des remontées d'égouts), mais pas très grave. Et nous avions besoin de contacter l'agence de location sur place, ils ont un numéro joignable 24/7, mais sonnerie sans réponse à plusieurs reprises. Dans l'ensemble tout était parfait, et nous reviendrons.

A spacious two bedroom apartment in a great and convenient location. Right on the river, with a beautiful view and within walking distance of just about everything you’d want. 3 min walk to the supermarket and less than a 5 min walk to the ponte vecchio. The apartment was incredibly clean and family apartments were amazing communicators leading up to our arrival and during our stay. Family Apartments made our stay even more enjoyable, making a Florence one of the best experiences we have had so far on our trip.

L'appartement est grand et très bien situé. Par contre, attention à l'organisation, . Nous sommes arrivés à 10h30, avons laissé nos bagages à une personne, le temps de terminer le nettoyage de l'appartement, pour revenir à 16h00. Mais là, PLUS PERSONNE ! nous avons attendu une heure pour avoir les clés, après deux appels téléphoniques.Il faut parler italien ou anglais, pas de français, c'est difficile de se comprendre. Pour une famille de 4 personnes, il n'y a pas assez d'eau chaude.

タオルの交換がなかったのは残念でした。ロケーションは非常によく、ヴェッキオ橋まで歩いてすぐで、近くにスーパーもありよかったです。鍵のあけかたが特殊で苦労しました。エレベーターも古く小さいですがありよかったです。10月はまだ暖房がつけられず、外は暖かくても部屋のなかは底冷えがしてさむかったです。シャワーの温度は少し調整が難しかったです。

Family apartments treat you like family. The apt was big and everything worked nicely. It was clean with helpful signs for appliances. The staff are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I have about a dozen emails from them asking if we needed help with any arrangements, tickets or just advice for Florence. Simply wonderful.

Location was great, apartment nice and big. Very minor items need attention (only one half of toaster worked and shower kept going cold, oh and plug needed for kitchen sink, and didn’t work in bathroom.) None of this stopped us enjoying our holiday, just to let owner know to rectify.

We are total of 8 guests and we are all comfortable and enjoed staying in this apartment. All bedroom's and bathrooms are all nice and clean. Service is great. Closed to Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace and Boboli garden etc. Closed to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this place. No doubt we will come back here when we visit Florence again. .

Great location. We needed a late check in, which was easily and happily accommodated. The apartment is beautiful, and the location is ideal. Never met the hosts, but they made it hassle-free from start to finish.

We arrived at 2pm for the 2pm check in time. We were told the previous guests left late and the apartment would be ready in one hour. We came back 1.5 hours later at 3:30pm and the apartment had not been cleaned yet. We sat in the room while the cleaning crew cleaned the apartment for over an hour. This did not fit with our itinerary and was disappointing.

Great accommodation - great price
Wonderful location with a beautiful view of the Ponte Vecchio, Arno, and the historical center. Apartment was spacious, clean, well stocked and close to all the sights. Staff were very helpful before and during the trip. It was our family’s favorite accommodation on our trip. Would definitely return!

We loved it. It is in the perfect spot. Bellman was super nice. Very big Downside: showers had issues and while it did have washer and dryer it ran for 3 hours before it would stop

Unsafe, smoker rooms.
We tried checking in right before 8 pm. No one was there. They were almost impossible to get a hold of and threatened to charge us extra for checking in “too late”. When we finally did get in the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our youngest has severe asthma so this was impossible. We attempted to explain this to them but they told us that was our problem. Finally, after 45 min a woman who lives on the property (they told us no one could help us). Came to show us another room. That room also smelled of cigarette smoke. The entire ordeal lasted over 2.5 hours and ended up with us leaving after they became belligerent and threatening. Between the asthma and feeling unsafe we left. They and hotels.com refuse to refund our money despite the inaccuracies of this property.

Best place to stay in Florence!
Family apartments were amazing! Hands down the best place we stayed on our Europe vacation. You are right on the river, directly across from the Uffizi Gallery, and just a 5 minute walk to cross the Ponte Vecchio. Pure pure magic. The apartment was very very spacious, clean and well maintained.

Insgesamt eine große und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Zu bemängeln sind: 1. Wohnung ist für bis zu 8 Personen ausgerichtet. Allerdings gab es vom jeweiligen Geschirr und Besteck nur maximal 6 Teile, so dass nach jeder Nutzung eine leidlich befüllte Spülmaschine bemüht werden muss.
