Buongiorno, anzitutto grazie per averci scelto per il Suo soggiorno a Firenze, non abbiamo la pretesa di piacere a tutti tuttavia non comprendiamo come mai non ci è stata segnalata nessuna problematica durante il suo soggiorno e solo dopo la partenza ha preso coraggio dietro uno schermo di pc per dare una opinione, legittima, ma senza specificare nel dettaglio cosa ha trovato di sgradito, spero sia più fortunato nei prossimi soggiorni altrove.grazie.

Buenos días Carmen, después de leer tu reseña, inmediatamente abrí una investigación interna para comprender lo que había sucedido ya que no habíamos "overbooking" en septiembre. De hecho, confirmo que su reserva de dos noches con llegada el 21/09/2019 se ha consumido regularmente, por lo que creo que su opinión probablemente se refiere a otra estructura, pero ciertamente no a la nuestra. Espero que pueda leer este mensaje y rectificar su comentario, entiendo que cuando hace largos viajes con el uso de muchas estructuras puede confundirse, pero entiendo que un comentario como el suyo puede ser perjudicial para la imagen de nuestra estructura. Le agradezco por habernos elegido para su estancia en Florencia y estoy seguro de que podrá modificar el comentario. Saludos cordiales

Dear Guest, thank you for your comment which give me the opportunity to say thank you for your visit and to clarify some aspect of your review, First of all we are not an hostel or any other kind of similar property, we are a real estate agency renting apartments. your visit was in May 2019, and as it is known from the news, the weather in Italy in May was really bad with lots of rain and very low temperatures, which is why the air conditioning system is not yet been turned on and you were immediately informed of this as soon as you arrived at check-in, so it is not true that the air conditioning is broken but simply was turned off waiting for the weather to improve. Regarding the mosquitoes, it is known that there are in Florence and they are much more than the tourists for this reason we have provided the repellant spray in each apartment to kill them and keep them away from the apartment, so if they bothered you it is possible that you did not used it or always kept the window open, which one?. I ask you to came at the office the following day of your arrival and you have ignored my invitation, where we could discuss everything and for sure find a better solution for you, please don't blaime us if you are the first not caring to find a better deal. Bottom line I would like to thank you for your visit and if you will came back again you'll receive a free upgrade. Best regards

Gentile cliente, i termini usati nella Sua recensione sono stati messi al vaglio del nostro ufficio legale che provvederà a prendere azioni legali per diffamazione, poichè il monolocale a voi assegnato rispettava correttamente quanto descritto nel sito e se, per vostra distrazione non avete letto tutte le informazioni è una vostra colpa e non nostra, ma non per questo avete titolo di definire la nostra struttura un "topaia", evidentemente non avete molta confidenza con la lingua italiana. I am sorry that because of the mosquitoes you have decided that our structure is not suitable for your probable future stay; however I can assure you that you can find mosquitoes all over the world, even in Alaska. Gentile Signore/Signora, nascondersi dietro l'anonimato è semplicemente da codardi, comunque, non mi risultano nel libro mastro lamentele da lei descritte nel messaggio nel corso di questi primi mesi dell'anno 2018, una cosa è certa, se io ritengo che l'igiene generale della struttura è veramente scarsa me ne vado immediatamente e chiedo il rimborso del prezzo pagato, probabilmente così non è e lo dimostra la nostra continua e permanente situazione al completo dei nostri appartamenti, spero vivamente che in futuro decidera di frequentare altre strutture, tuttavia la ringraziamo poichè il Suo contributo economico è stato per noi molto importante ad arricchire il nostro profitto, grazie.

Dear Customer, as stated in our contract the first set of linen and towels are included in the rate, however if you wish to have some extra changes we are more than happy to provided but you need to ask and to pay a little supplement, all things that you have not requested and not willing to pay, easy.! thank you
