피렌체 기차역에서.. 도보로 10여분 정도 걸립니다.. 피렌체가 그다지 큰 도시가 아니라서.. 주요 관광지까지 (쿠폴라, 우피치미술관 등) 5내지 10분 정도 걸립니다.. 피렌체 자체가 건물을 맘대로 수리도 못한다고 해서.. 외부는 허름해보이지만.. 내부는 깔끔하고.. 피렌체를 흐르는 메인 강 바로 옆에 위치하고.. 아침도 깔끔하고.. 맛있습니다..

Great hotel
One of the most special and comfortable hotels that I've stayed during my journey. And also they served clean and delicious dishs in the morning.

피렌체에서 무난한 숙박.
위치가 엄청 좋아요. 베키오 다리 바로 옆 트리니티다리 인근. 근처에 명품매장도 많고 주요 관광지가 걸어서5분~10분 거리입니다. 방은 작지만 아담해요. 다만 샤워시설은 아쉬움이 남네요. 체크인 전후로 짐도 보관해주고, 아침식사도 좋은 편이에요. 전반적으로 가성비 높다하겠네요.

훌륭한 위치. 중심부인데도 시끄럽지 않음
좋은 위치이며 오래된 건물이지만 청결도가 좋습니다. 아침식사를 위해 건물밖으로 이동해야하지만 훌륭한 식사였습니다.

깔끔하고 친절한 피렌체 호텔
주니어 스위트룸이였습니다. 뷰가 좋고 생각보다 방이 커서 좋았네요. 직원들도 친절함. 역에서 가깝지않은게 단점이네요. 미리 시내 버스를 알아보고 가시면 좋을듯.

공항에 편리한 위치
드골 공항 아침 일찍 비행 시간으로 호텔을 찾았다.생각 없이 가까운 곳을 찾았으나 현대식의 깔끔한 호텔로 매우 만족하였다. 공항 셔틀이 바로 뒷편에 있어 아침 일찍 시간대에 매우 편리한 호텔 이었다.

Great location, interesting property, seems like you could just as easily get a modern room or a 400 year old one like we did (not joking). Our room was huge and featured a massive fresco painting on the ceiling, felt like "Night at the Museum"! A stay we will never forget!

Very beautiful hotel with many interesting locations nearby. Historical places within a short walk. We stayed in room 12. Room was small but typical for these historic hotels. Water pipes made loud noise when other rooms were showering. It kept waking us up.

The hotel is perfectly located with a beautiful view of the Arno River. The staff was great and the room was perfect.

The bathrooms of this hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever seen I was supposed to have a VIP upgrade and even the cleaning lady told me they gave me the worst room (room 39) some are renewed but mine not. The whole place smells like sewer

I really wanted to stay on the canal and I am so pleased with this pick - staff was super nice and helpful and my room was great. I was able to walk every day for exercise safely right along the canal - great views and after crossing the bridge had some really good inclines to walk.

The room I was in felt outdated and not as maintained as the rest of the hotel. The shower didn't drain very well so I had to keep turning it off to prevent it overflowing. The rest of the property was lovely, the staff were friendly and the rooftop terrace was a highlight.

Room did not meet my expectations. Shower looked very old with mild stains. Shower was ver slow to drain. Had to shut off the water in between for fear of overflowing. Often would get awaken from noise outside my door. Had to ask concierge for my free bottle of wine. Was not able Ben asked about room upgrade. If it weren’t for the friendly staff, I would’ve rated this 2*

Although my sleeping room was in need of some updating, the rest of the hotel was quite lovely: courtyard space, roof top space (but it needs some shade!), reception area and bar, workout room. I was most amazed by the breakfast buffet which was plentiful and unlike any other I've experienced. I would definitely stay here again but perhaps in a nicer room.
