관광지로써 피렌체는 정말 아름다운 곳이구요 숙소도 역에서는 10분정도 걸어야지만 조용하고 편안해서 좋았어요

Está en un buen lugar y los recepcionistas son agladables. La habitación fue limpia y cómodo. Además el desayuno fue BUENÍSIMO. No cabe duda de que si visito Frence, voy a alojarme aquí otra vez.

난방이 좋지 않아 너무 추웠다. 주변은 역 근처 중앙시장 듀오모 등등 가까운 위치라 좋았음. 겨울에는 난방준비 필요합니다. 호텔 직원은 친절했으나 청결도는 그닥... 호텔 후기보고 신청했는데... 사진상에 보이는게 전부가 아니다. 로마에서 기대하지 않았던 호텔이 더 좋다고 느낄 정도임.

중심지랑 떨어져있어서 오가기에 살짝 어려움
객실 상태나 욕실 상태 양호했어요. 특별히 아침식사가 훌륭했죠. 제가 다녔던 중심지랑 살짝 떨어져있던 게 아쉽더라구요. 꽤 많이 걸어다녔거든요.

평점이 이해가 안 가네요.
처음 배정받은 방은 창문이 안쪽으로 나있어서 냄새가 못 견딜 정도로 심하게 났습니다. 도면을 보니 한 층에 두개씩 그런 방이 있더군요. 방을 바꿔달라고 하니 조금 더 좁은 방을 주었습니다. 하지만 오래된 호텔 답게 방음이 전혀 안 되어서 옆방 사람의 통화 소리, 코고는 소리 때문에 잠을 제대로 못 잤습니다. 역에서 별로 가깝진 않은데, 피렌체 자체가 좁아서 여행하는 데 큰 무리는 없었습니다. 조식은 맛있었습니다.

방 위치 잘 못 받으면 창문 못 엽니다
케리어 끌고 숙소가는데 너무 힘들었습니다. 생각외로 그렇게 역하고 가깝진 않았고 좀 걸어야 했습니다. 창문이 있지만 반대편 객실과 마주보고 있어서 열 수 없었고 비둘기 집이 있어서 냄새도 좀 났습니다. 객실 내부는 깨끗했고 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 가격대비 괜찮습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 일정이 변경되서 체크인 하기 몇일전에 미리 하룻밤을 추가했는데 호텔측에선 모르고 있었습니다. 손짓발짓 해가면서 알아보고는 추가된게 맞다고 했습니다. 그러고나서 피렌체 지도를 보여주면서 관광할 만한곳을 안내해주는데 재밌었습니다.

좋은위치에 깔끔하고 적당한 호텔
산타마리아역에서 멀지않고 찾기도편합니다 (역에서나와 좌측으로 길건너 직진만하면됨 ) 호텔앞에는 공원이있어 좋구요 조식도 가격대비 나쁘지않고 직원들도 친절합니다 룸컨디션은 방은 크진않지만 지낼만하구여 화장실이 깔끔합니다

Good location, walkable to train station and to the sights we wanted to see. Staff treated us well. We felt safe walking around the area. My bed was a bit sunken. I was also caught off guard that you have to leave your room key with the front desk when you leave, but honestly it's fine since someone is always there and you don't have to worry about losing the key when you're out.

The hotel is very conveniently located to many of the most sought attractions. It is easily walkable to the train station. The room was clean and quiet, however very cramped. A very good breakfast available and while it was not included in my reservation, it was worth the price, both for what was served and the convenience and the relaxed start to the day. Some staff were very helpful and friendly, some were not. There is an elevator. There is a very good restaurant just next door. Also, very close to all levels of shopping, luxury to inexpensive souvenirs.

Had a nice stay. I was in Florence for The Weeknd. Very charming hotel and close to everything. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view. The only downfall are their beds. Hard as a rock. Staff was very courteous and spoke English which was a huge plus!

The hotel staff was excellent. The room was small, but comfortable. I would definitely recomend the hotel.The only suggestion I might have is room darkening curtains/shades. Our room was very bright at night even with the curtains closed, because there were quite a few outside lights shining in.

Staff were very helpful. We had a noisy room at the front of the hotel and they moved us the following day with no problems. Breakfast very good too.

Room was small, but for 1 person the room I booked was fine. I could barely open my luggage; the entry door had to be closed for me to open my luggage. The area was quiet and located a few minutes walk away from some main areas. For what I was looking for and the price it was a good deal. I just needed a small room to sleep in. Goal of trip was to explore the area and spend as least time in the room.

A great hotel. The staff are very helpful and kind. It is close to major sights. Our room (superior room) had a view of Brunelleschi’s dome. The hotel is quiet. And there was a great breakfast.

I like the location. I was here last year and they seemed to have fixed the hot water issue since then so the water works! Smoker’s dream: You can smoke cigarettes and cigars downstairs outside the reception lounge. Free things: Free flow coffee and lemon water 24h a day in the lobby. Free sangria or welcome drink. 1 per stay. Lots of restaurants around: Try the Fork app to get 20-30 percent off many of the restaurants nearby. Even without discount, the central market 5 minutes away has the best food court options in Italy. Much better than the Milan branch of the central market. Basic necessities: .99 euro shop 5 minutes away and a supermarket for cheap snacks and drinks if needed. Lightning fast WiFi: I was able to conduct two one hour business meetings without a wired connection. The WiFi was enough to handle streaming and conference calls. I will certainly come back again next year, this is my go to hotel.

Really friendly helpful staff throughout the 24/24 day and service was what i asked for and needed. Quiet back room was a request which they met, sunrise view of the Duomo was the cherry on the top!

Old but quaint hotel
My family of four stayed here. The room was very old-fashioned, but spacious. I wasn’t a fan of the bed, and especially the pillows at all. Our streetfront room was a bit noisy with vehicles and people walking past. Staff were very helpful and very friendly and couldn’t be faulted. Very close to the train station, though the walk to the hotel with bags is difficult due to the narrow path and traffic. Markets and all attractions very close by.
