We are deeply sorry you had some problems with your shower. We have no idea in which room you have stayed because ,choosing the option " anonymous" ,we can not see your full name . In any case, our bathrooms are not extremely big but fully equipped and confortable. Our reception is open 24 hours in order to give the best help and support to all our Guests , if you only had asked, we would have been able to give you another room. In the future kindly let us know what kind of storage you would like to find in a hotel bathroom, or what makes the hairdryer "unpredictable" (since it is not broken or even faulty) and we will try our best to accommodate for your requests. We would like to mention that, as we already pointed out when you first raised the question, the issues with the BBC channel were due to the fact that they were broadcasting live footage from a war zone, our TV was completely fine.
