친절하신 부부가 집을 잘 관리하고 계시며 아침에 5유로짜리 조식이 참 건강하고 따뜻했다 공용욕실을 쓰는지 모르고 예약해서 당황했으나 크지 않은 방이 예쁘고 마음을 편안하게 했다 오래된 이태리 건물들 특성상 옆방에 시끄러운 사람들이 머문다면낭패가 되겠지만그 외엔 전반적으로 만족했다 가시게 되면 꼭 조식 신청하시고 피렌체여행 팁도 얻으시길

Excellent location, a little away from the tourist-inundated areas, with access to several bars and restaurants frequented by locals. Marta was an excellent hostess, very helpful and kind.

This was the most perfect spot in the much-recommended Santo Spirito neighborhood. We were within walking distance from everything but on a quiet street, which was really nice. The room was perfect for our two night stay, and the bathroom was sizable for two people. The breakfast was a major highlight in the gorgeous garden - I could’ve stayed forever. Marta & everyone else working there were so lovely and helpful throughout our stay. We came home to a freshly made bed and filled water carafe each night, which was much appreciated after a long day of exploring Florence.

Marta and staff was absolutely amazing to myself and my mom during our stay. The property was adorable. We were cozy and happy with lots of information and travel tips given to us. Breakfast was wonderful. The main attractions of the area are walkable. I had issues getting cabs, so Marta helped me. We loved this place and would recommend to anyone

Beautiful property, amazing breakfast!
Marta greeted us and answered every question we had while we were there. She prepared a delicious breakfast and we ate outdoors in the garden. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Not a bad walk to Pitti Palace, Boboli gardens and Ponte Vexxhio and once you are there you are close to everything! Highly recommend!!!

Marta was extremely helpful and friendly, and her breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Would definitely return if back in Florence (even though the stairs to the top floor were a challenge!!)

A 20 min walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. Not so easy to pull along a wheely case along the uneven pavements of Florence. Comfortable bed and bedding. Very clean. My room shared a bathroom and it was no bother. Marta was welcoming and made a lush brekkie and more than happy to advise or answer questions.

Lovely place in a more quite are in Florence, great breakfast and warm vibe. I will book it again if I have the chance of visiting the city once again

Marta is an amazing host! If your trying to decide between a major hotel or this, stay at B&B Monte Oliveto. We spent 6 nights in the honeymoon sweet and it was the perfect home base for our trip in Florence

Very nice B&B
I had a lovely stay. I felt very welcome and the breakfast is great and it's lovely to sit outside near the garden. Lovely atmosphere. Good walking distance to all the popular places. I would definitely go again.

A perfect place to stay in Firenze!

We spent several nights in mid-November at B&B Monte Oliveto and were warmly hosted by the owner Donatella. She saw to our every comfort, especially with regard to breakfast, which she prepares pretty much from scratch everyday. She is an amazing cook and breakfast at Monte Oliveto is easily the best of many that we have experienced on our tours of Italy that range from Catania to Bolzano over many years. So this feature alone makes Monte Oliveto a standout. Breakfast is served in the dining room and we were joined by very pleasant guests from France and Slovakia--the former, a poet from Toulouse. What charming company! Breakfast is available bedside for a small service charge, as well. The room was spacious and immaculately kept, as was the bathroom. The B&B is just over the Arno from the center of Florence and is easily accessible by foot or bus. The Cappella Brancacci is just a very short walk away and the Pitti Place a few minutes beyond there. Donatella is, in addition to being quite the hostess and chef, a talented artist, as well. While she does not have her art out for general display, she will happily show you her watercolors upon request. Do ask--they are quite good. This is a highly recommended accommodation to spend as much time as you can give over to a visit to Florence. You will be shown the absolute best experience possible. Thank you, Donatella!

אין מילים שיוכלו לתאר את החוויה שלנו אצל דונטלה.הגענו וגילינו בית קסום ,אווירה נפלאה , חדר נפלא ומפנק(אין על רכות הכביסה של המקום). ארוחת בוקר הכי טעימה שיש ומפנקת.כל בוקר דונטלה ריגשה אותנו עם הפתעות ארוחות הבוקר הטעימות והנדיבות. ודונטלה-אלופת העולם . בעלת ידע עצום באומנות. שופעת בהמלצות , בכל נושא לא יהיה.

Marta is an excellent host and she is very friendly and willing to help make your stay wonderful. She made us a very nice breakfast and we really enjoyed meeting her and the other guests. Her place is in nice quiet neighborhood but very close and walkable to the major sights and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was right off the main floor and very cosy, clean and we liked the decor a lot.

Very quiet and clean. Staff very pleasant but not always on site which can be a problem. It is more like being in an AirBnB than a hotel. The studio apt is nice but lots of steps and an attic room. Impossible for anyone over 5’5

Marta and Donatella are amazing hosts. The house and room were both beautiful and clean, and the breakfast in the morning is delicious. But people should know it’s a sort of long walk into the center of town. All in all a great place to stay!

The B&B Monte Oliveto and its hostesses were one of our highlights of Florence. Its located in the Oltrarno district, with local shops and restaurants across the river and outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. The breakfasts were perfect, and the welcome was the best of any B&B we've experienced, with a conversation of what we had planned and detailed tips accordingly. We can't wait to go back again!
