We stayed 6 nights at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, quiet and nice and clean. Was just outside the restricted traffic area so if you have a car it's good or don't want to be in the thick of the tourist area but an easy 15min walk. We dined with the locals

Kleines gepflegtes Hotel. Zentral nähe der Altstadt gelegen. Saubere Zimmer, nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Der SPABereich entsprechend übersichtlich und gepflegt. Leider standen den Gästen von zwei Saunen nur eine zur Verfügung und selbst diese war eher mäßig betrieben. Man war gehalten sich Anzumelden und Zeiten einzuhalten, was scheinbar nur von uns anfänglich beherzigt wurde. War auch kein Mangel wenn teils andere Gäste sich eben nicht so verhalten wie es gewünscht wurde. Für ein Städtetrip durchaus empfehlenswert.

Vores 2. gang i Firenze og valgte stedet igen da hotellet og placering opfylder vores krav med hensyn til parkering og ro. Man kan komme hurtigt videre hvis man skal videre til andre byer.

Pool og selvstændig parkering
God service, rent. Grundet Covid 19 blev vi opgraderet til Forte16 med køkken så vi havde mulighed for at lave morgenmad. Valgte hotellet grundet poolen samt den selvstændig parkeringskælder.

Hôtel correct mais les chambres pour quatre avec lit en hauteur à éviter !! Le lit en hauteur était cassé et penché du mauvais côté, du coup mon fils est tombé dans la nuit... et il a fini sa nuit sur un matelas par terre... pas terrible du tout !

Staff was amazing! Rooms were beautiful, spacious, clean, and easily accessible. Hotel was beautiful with parking available. Covid precautions were taken seriously by the staff. Overall wonderful stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

家族連れに嬉しいプール設備。
駅から多少距離あり。朝食は最低限の種類のみが用意されている。 上階からの景色の眺めはあまり期待し過ぎない方がよいかも。 プールが用意されており、子供連れには良い設備。 ミケランジェロ広場にはバスで10分程度とアクセス良い。

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. We booked the family room with two different rooms (the main one with access to a little courtyard) and a shared bathroom, the set up was very good as the kids could be in bed and we could enjoy a glass of wine outside. Breakfast was very nice, not hot cooked breakfast, but ideal to us as we rather eat fruit, yogurt and muesli and a nice variety of sweet and savory plus they were very attentive to my lactose intolerance and I have soya milk available every day. The swimming pool (spa) was a plus as we did the sightseeing in the morning and comeback to the hotel for a bit of down time in the swimming pool with the kids (only allow until 5pm). There is a local park with a nice playground near by, and it was used everyday as a little stopover to relax with the kids. The only negative it would be not having any hangers or storage space in the bathroom. Overall a lovely hotel and service and very well located for a family to enjoy the wonderful city of Florance.

Stayed in an amazing room, beautiful brick ceilings. Loved the pool/spa area after a long day of exploring and also had wonderful interactions with the staff! The complimentary breakfast was also excellent!

L,hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence à pied. Il y a aussi une ligne de bus pour aller à la gare directement. Notre chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Le petit déjeuner top ,fruits frais , viennoiserie...Enfin l'espace sauna piscine est parfait pour se relaxer après une longue journée de visites ! Un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Clean relaxing stay , helpful staff
Clean and friendly, peaceful but close to all the main sights . Great view from the 24 hr roof terrace with jacuzzi! Staff were lovely and very helpful, beautiful trip and stay .

This place is wonderful, little far but I would stay there again, clean rooms, helpful staff.one thing don't fall for the wine tasting at there restaurant rude customer service, was there for 30 mins never get any wine got up to leave and had to pay a service fee.

Comodo e bello, ma SPA deludente
Ambienti ristrutturati molto bene, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Molto apprezzata la bottiglia di vino in omaggio in camera. Purtroppo abbiamo scelto questa struttura rispetto ad altre per la presenza della SPA e da questo punto di vista siamo rimasti delusi. La zona SPA ha una temperatura più bassa di quello che ci si aspetterebbe, e soprattutto non è sorvegliata in alcun modo. I bambini sarebbero ammessi da regolamento fino alle 18.00, ma proprio perché non c'è nessuno a controllare ce ne sono ad ogni ora, creando un ambiente caotico e per nulla rilassante. Alla fine sembra di essere alla piscina comunale. Lo consiglierei di sicuro, se la SPA non è importante per voi, per la sua comodità rispetto al centro, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi, e per il servizio che è stato oggettivamente ottimo.

Hôtel en parfait état, personnel charmant donnant de bons conseils,localisation permettant de visiter Florence à pieds. Le Relais est tout à fait recommandable avec de grandes chambres, un bon petit déjeuner et un spa simple mais bien tenu.

Le camere sono spaziose , letti confortevoli e non manca nulla. Il personale è accogliente e curano il cliente anche con gesti semplici, tipo un dolcino nella hall oppure una bottiglia di vino in camera, o ancora acqua fresca e the nella spa.Questi piccoli gesti di cortesia fanno si che il cliente rimanga pienamente soddisfatto, si sente coccolato e sicuramente tornerà. Ovviamente rimanendo sempre con prezzi onesti avrete sempre successo.

Καλο αλλα...
Πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο της Φλωρεντιας- 15 λεπτα με τα ποδια. Το δωματιο ηταν υπογειο :-( Η καθαριοτητα ηταν καλη αλλα την μια μερα ηρθαν 10 η ωρα το πρωι για να καθαρισουν και την επομενη 3 το μεσημερι. Καμια μερα δεν μας αλλαξαν σεντονια.

Family room with patio. Quite a lot bugs in the room because garden is out of the house, it might be because of the housekeeping cleaning the room with the door opened. Yet, overall it is a good experience. Boutique hotel with pretty big room size and nicely decorated.

Wir sind für 5 Tage in Florenz auf Städtereisen gewesen. Hotel war schon beim Check-in super, sehr freundliches Personal und schnell. Sauberes und großes Zimmer, eine Flasche Rotwein im Zimmer zur Begrüßung. Mineralwasser zum selbstbefüllen beim Spa, gutes Frühstück mit qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten. Super Dachterasse mit toller Aussicht auf Florenz und umliegende Landschaft, und ein Whirlpool! Pool frühzeitig reservieren...

très bel hôtel mais déçu par le spa
très bel hôtel, jolies chambre, personnel super sympa, en plus ils accepte les animaux. petit dej simple mais correct. bon emplacement. seule l eau du SPA pas assez chaude (29,5° d après le personnel) alors qu il faudrai 35°.

En voyage pour le tourisme avec notre fille de 11 ans... Superbe hôtel ... Récent ... Très belle décoration ... Et situation géographique... Et la piscine quoiqu'un peu fraîche est très agréable après de longues heures de marche avec spa ... Et la terrasse sur les toits ... Un must !!! Il reste à améliorer le petit déjeuner car le pain peu frais... Pas de fruits diversifiés ... Une salade de fruit frais serait un plus avec le pain frais ! Un mini bar et/ou une bouilloire électrique seraient topissime pour donner un 10/10...
