You must stay here
There's only one thing that I can tell. You MUST stay here. Very kind and welcoming reception staffs, very special and exciting room, wide and clean bathroom, free breakfast etc. There were so many things that satisfied me. This BnB was the top2 accommodation during my holiday. I recommend here very strongly

Good location to explore Florence. We asked for extra pillows because 1 is not enough and they were quick to bring these. Good bathroom. A little unsure about some of the plug sockets because they would fizzle when using them, but otherwise it was a good stay.

Had a great time. The staff were so helpful and hotel location was excellent. We were able to walk to all the sites. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hard to find. No one was at the desk when we arrived which was middle of afternoon. Breakfast was plain. Be sure to read description. It is not a hotel. There is no lift. Bately any amenities.

The receptionist is the best part of this stay. She’s very sweet, kind and helpful in the room is old even though they upgraded the bathroom in our room. The worst part was the sofa bed. It was so uncomfortable, very thin mattress over spring The other bed wasn’t comfortable neither. The building is pretty rundown and the furniture inside the room are old and have broken pieces. There is a bad smell in some areas of the building. Breakfast is OK.

We were there in the summer and the AC was absolutely terrible and we were there with the baby, which made it almost impossible for him or us to sleep. They did not have sufficient cribs available. We had no hot water for the first two nights of our stay. Considering what we paid for the room I would never stay there again or tell anyone I know to stay there. Finally we asked the front staff to call us a taxi so that could make it to the train station the day we checked out and no taxi ever arrived.

Certamente una struttura affascinante, stanze larghe, ma bagno cieco e con box doccia scomodi, maresasso di bassa qualità troppo rigido senza un topper, scelta a colazione certamente da arricchire e rivedere, tavolini estremamente piccoli e poca scelta per il livello della struttura. Nel complesso non male e certamente molto molto vicina al centro, davvero poche centinaia di metri...ma servizi da migliorare e arricchire per la cifra spesa, anche se si trova a Firenze.

Detta är ett ganska dyrt hotell och bilderna på fantastiska rum lever inte upp till vad man får, öven om rummet var stort och högt i tak. Frukosten var samma varje dag och inte speciellt bra. Hotellet upplevdes som opersonligt av oss, man fick sköta sig själv och personalen undrade om de behövde städa rummet idag, vilket borde vara självklart.

Netter Personal, Das Morgenbuffet ein wenig einseitig aber dennoch ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gross. Würde in diesem Hotel wieder buchen.

Avoid! Bed bugs and broken air con!
Avoid at all costs! This was the worse hotel stay of my life. The air con broke in 35 degree heat and it leaked all in my luggage including my laptop. I also woke up ravaged in bites and so did my friend. The place is swarming with bed bugs. The only decent thing about this hotel is the location. Don’t ruin your trip by staying here.

The room we got had an air conditioner but it was not cooling the room at all (outside was 95-100 degrees F). Also there was not hot water to take a shower. On top of that the room was full of mosquitos.

Amazing room! Couldn’t believe our room had a chandelier! A little tricky driving in the area, but there’s a garage just across the street. Super close to the historic center. The room is a masterpiece!

Very unique property in a great location! Staff was friendly and very helpful and went above and beyond expectations to accommodate every request including directions, arranging for taxi service, storing luggage, locating nearby Covid testing pharmacy, restaurant recommendations, bellman service and late check out. I could not ask for more!

De kamer was fantastisch, helaas was het extra bed niet heel geweldig. Jammer dat het ontbijt zeer eenvoudig was. Elke dag hetzelfde en te eenvoudig, Het was te summier.
