L’Hotel Clarion est en réparation majeur . A la réception on m’a aviser qu’il y avait pas d’eau chaude dans tous l’établissement et il m’a demander si je voulais la chambre quand même , J’ai demander à la visiter car je réalisais le problème était peut-être majeur,dans le stationnement face au au motel aucune auto était stationner! Les 2 chambres que j’ai visiter il y avait une senteur de dégâts eau et des conteneurs et debris dans les stationnements arrière et avant . Je trouvais pas que l’endroit sécuritaire. J’ai essayé de rejoindre expedia de plusieurs façon soit par téléphone agent virtuel et imail virtuel aussi sans succès et à la réception de l’hôtel on m’a dit d’appeler expedia pour un remboursement / 1hre en tout / j’ai quitté en prenant des photos extérieur.Expedia ne doit pas être au courant de la situation pour afficher sur leur site des chambres à louer à cette endroit.

This place is so gross… all rooms are dirty, no heated water… there is no continental breakfast: They give you a bag with a rotten apple, an expired muffin cheese cookies and a bottle of water

We asked for a Handicap accessible room we ask for a shower chair. The room they gave us it was all dirty there was no accessible for wheelchairs, No shower chair, they gave us another room. The sink wouldn't drain. The phone didn't work. You can't even call The front desk and the A. C. wasn't working The lock on the door would not lock, and the breakfast was in a bag to take. Nothing at all what the website said. I really want my money back they need to pay us for staying there. We was very unhappy!

Convenient, only hotel with affordable with rooms, and always answered the phone or had staff available at front desk. However, room floors and bathroom was not properly cleaned, there’s no hot water in shower, and would not offer a weekly rate.

stayed 2 non consecutive nights. Good price. 2 comfortable queens each night. Only 3 were clean. brown wooden specks found in one bed. Reasonably clean. Breakfast was: bottle of water, coffee cake and/or cheese cake. What? Who eats cheese cake for breakfast? Handicapped and asked for a room near the lobby. No such thing. 1st night gave us a very inconvenient room location. Learned and better the 2nd night.

Hard to do business when you're under renovation.
The customer service was nice the check-in, it is in the process of renovation therefore it look like it. After checking in my wife refused to stay and so we checked right back out.

We didn’t stay. We walked into the room, it smelled terrible and was very dirty. Stains on the comforter and sheets, dirt in the bed, mold in the shower. We left.

Beware!
While the price for a quick night stop isn’t bad, I wouldn’t chance it here. The desk staff was friendly, but the property itself was the issue. The room had an odor upon entering, one of the beds was made with stained sheets, the armchair was stained and dirty, there were stains on the walls, and the bathroom was questionable if it was clean. Luckily, the second bed was clean enough, but I opted not to use the shower due to the questionable cleanliness. Never again!

Dirty Room and Hotel
The room smelled like Pot when I first opened the door. The door was ridiculous to open, something is wrong with the lock or knob! The bathroom area was disgustingly dirty and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months! The hair in the sink and the shower drain was beyond GROSS! The only nice thing in the room was the shower! MINUS THE HAIR IN THE DRAIN I hope to never stay at this hotel again!!!

I pulled up to hotel at 5:15 p.m. and there was not 1 car in lot. Office was dark and hotel looked abandoned. I did not stay as it appeared to not be open and very unsafe.

Do not stay here.
The room was not as it was described and shown on line. It was dirty and there were issues with things not being as they should be. The pictures will show I'm talking about. Also there was no continental breakfast it took forever to get any more towels. The inside looked terrible the outside was the only beautiful thing. I would never suggest anyone stay here. I would actually give a zero if I could. Very disappointed to say the least!

The beds & sheets were nice. The Grab ‘n Go breakfast was good - apple, cheese crackers, cake, water, & juice box. Everything seemed clean in the unit. We were put across from the pool where the lights were very bright & the blinds didn’t cover the whole window. People walking by could see in our unit & we could see them. Things were run down in & our, but the price total $66.00 was good.

Terrible hotel rooms. Hole in the wall can barely open and close the front door. No toilet paper holder no continental breakfast like it was advertised they gave me the wrong keys to begin with for the door.

This place was so disgusting I can’t even rate it. So bad three different groups including mine checked in and out within 30 minutes. Restaurant and bar advised are being used for storage. The pool had a small amount of yellow brown water. The rooms are filthy and fire alarm gone. The smell is unexplainable.totally unsafe environment. Did not stay and am out expense from motel and\or Expedia. Can’t believe Expedia even let’s properties like this on their site. Will be using different travel App

Drama upon checking in with what appeared as regulars (maybe Longterm renters) cursing the guy at counter out about not being able to give them more towels (staff was calm & collected & apologetic though). Upon going to our room there were some people sitting outside with coolers & loud music playing. We switched rooms for a quieter one up stairs & a little further down. Beds were clean but there were dead bugs on floors, no trash can in room, no hot water (cold & warm only) BREAKFAST IS A “GRAB & GO”. Consisting of water, apple banana & crackers only. Not what we were expecting. No dining area just back to room. No outdoor seating either.

An Entire Mess!
After complaining of no hot water it took them til the next day to change the room once the room was charged there was no cold water even the toilet felt like a Yoni pot. There were also a problem with them coming in the room when my brother was sleeping say he had to check out and we booked the room for 3 days only staying one night the same staff didn’t remember changing the room still nothing was done about the hot water I had to shower elsewhere. He never even apologized to my brother for walking in the room while he was sleep. No type of compensation was given after all the inconvenience.. was told I would get a discount of course nothing.. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.. Especially after another guess came out of their room mad because they checked in pulled back the sheets and there was a huge yellow stain on their sheets.

Crap hole
Upon arrival there was no one at the desk and hotel looked abandoned. Pool was closed and under construction. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Toilet was constantly running and leaking on the floor. Neighborhood looked unsafe. No complimentary breakfast even thought it was clearly advertised. Remote for television did not work. Air conditioner was dirty and difficult to control. Overpriced for the amount of things wrong with the joint… Do not stay here!

Check in was easy.place is old and under repair. Bed was comfortable (a little soft for me). Bathroom,toilet was not clean(urine on seat,ewwww). Window all foggy. A work in progress.

The place was filthy. Electric outlets without plates. Floor was filthy. It was very uncomfortable having my young grandchildren there. Vending machines were broken down. If we wouldn't have been exhausted we would have checked out and kept driving. We got up at 5am just to get the hell out.

It was actually the worst . From the check in to the check out. Supposed to be two free breakfast buffets. Nope! Hotel refused to discount price as the room was booked thru hotels com and not the hotel itself. Room: Filthy floors. Feet were black right after a shower. Water wouldn't drain in tub. Toilet had rings around it. No stopper in sink. Desk drawer was nasty with hairs and crumbs and such. Light shades were burned or rusty. Walls were marked up and dirty. Desk clerk was rude. Hotels. Com did give me a $25.00 coupon for future visit.

He spoke enough English to say the TV was not working. Did not understand enough English to tell me if the Wi-Fi could stream on our personal devices. Could not adjust the settings on the a/c low enough to cool the room. The coffee pot did not have all the part’s needed to make coffee. I had to ask for toilet paper. The beds were clean.

Nice, quiet and clean. 1ST room had a water leak in the ceiling. They changed our room and that one the water didnt get hot. I could tell that they had been renovating rooms and probably forgot to turn the hot water back on.

DON'T Even Think of Staying Here. Room had a funky smell and it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months. We saw no housekeeping staff anywhere on the premises. No carpet on the floor and the sticky tile floor will turn your socks black. Nothing was wiped down, and every corner of the room has dirt and grime. Don't use the Coffer maker. It had mold and dirt inside of it. The Freezer in the Mini Fridge was iced over. We fould cockroaches under the chair cusion. And be prepared to use the same thin wore out towel and wash cloth your entire stay. I will never stay in another Clarion Inn and Suites again.
