위치와 서비스가 좋았습니다
후기대로 역에서는 거리가 있지만 두오모와 그 외 다른 관광지에서 가까워서 여행하기 편리했고 아침마다 조식을 직접 방에 챙겨주십니다. 8시부터 조식이었는데 부탁드렸더니 7시에 미리 준비해주셨어요. 친절한 기억이 많은 곳입니다. 추천

This hotel was perfect for my family of five (two teens and an 11 year old). We fit comfortably. The host was lovely and let us in early. It was cool so a great escape from the heat and the location was fantastic. Can not recommend enough.

Had such a great time here! Perfect location two blocks from the Duomo. It was clean and there was 24/7 access to towels. The staff was very kind and always said hello when we passed them. I recommend to anyone traveling!

We had a great stay! Cosimo was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay, even sent us recommendations for dinner/gelato. We walked absolutely everywhere, the location is amazing. Only thing I would say is it might need a little updating but other than that, it’s great. Thank you !!

Comoda, a 2 passi dal centro , pulita, ordinata con il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Volendo trovare il pelo nell’uovo( non vuole essere una critica ma un piccolo consiglio per raggiungere l’eccellenza) lavorerei sul bagno( prodotti, accessori ecc.)

The location was great and the wife and husband who I think were owners were great about taking care of us. It was only one night but we checked in late and they were great about helping.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and tidied everyday. A little confusion with Expedia booking as they said breakfast was not included. They offered breakfast for additional fee.

Quiet clean comfortable. Fabulous breakfast. Most importantly Expedia double booked this room and we were not actually reserved for the second night. Our hostess found us other accommodations at a reduced cost along with a free breakfast at a local restaurant. She provided a map of the city and sat with us to give advice and info. Called the Uffizi and got us reservations for that day. The hospitality was endless. Absolutely recommend.

The room was big and comfortable. It was a 20 min walk from the bus and very easy. We walked everywhere! This is right down the street from one of the main cathedrals! The staff was very very friendly and they gave us a map with all the sights to see! It was a very very beautiful city and I’m so glad we went! The only negative thing was it was loud since it was right on the street and the room was hot without the window open. The place across the street was doing construction starting at 6:45am (not the hotels fault obviously). Overall, this place was perfect for us! Would highly recommend staying here!

Kind owner upgraded us to an apartment
Because we were staying 7 nights in Florence, the owner upgraded us to an apartment. It was 1 block from the Duomo, large, clean, complete with kitchen. Not fancy, but very comfortable. Walking by the Duomo every day was a thrill, an honor and a privilege.

An awful experience
We use B&Bs always when we travel. This was the worst experience ever. And we stayed 7 days, Yikes. Because we had pre paid only. The owners were intrusive. The husband was right outside our door in the hall most every day as if we might steal something. Couldn't take a rest in the afternoon b/c he was on the phone and loud. They brought morning breakfast cart right into the room whether you wanted your privacy or not. We asked that they leave at door but she INSISTED to come right in and loudly berate us for not eating the food she made for us. Then to top things off they moved us out of the room we had paid a premium for because THEY overbooked. She complained about all the work she had to do and he was just loud. The building was VERY noisy too. Could hear everything in every part of the house. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Views of the Duomo
Lovely 2 night stay in early September. Very friendly welcome & large room which included a kitchenette unit (with utensils / pots & pans, so we were able to cook for ourselves one evening). Stunning views from our room of the Duomo & delicious breakfasts brought to us in our room each morning. Easy walking distance from the train station & all the main tourist sites. Would highly recommend.

Staff hekpfulness is beyond expectations
The hostess was so helpful with parking advice, restaurant suggestions and sightseeing stops. She even offered to have us follow her in our car while she rode her bike so we could find the parking garage.

非常棒的B&B，主人非常热情且友好，帮我们提行李，给我们介绍佛罗伦萨，提供地图帮我们标记位置。地理位置非常好，就在圣马可广场边上，房间伸头出去就可以看到大教堂，步行到圣母百花大教堂就2分钟，周围也很安静。房间宽敞，很喜欢这种老式挑高空间和木雕大窗户，主人为我们提供了一个房间升级服务，我们2个人住了最大的一间房，而且无需支付额外的费用，房间有餐桌和小厨房，而且居然还有电热水壶。早餐精致且很丰富，固定的有羊角面包、水果、咖啡和茶，而且主人每天都会做不同的种类主食类早餐。

Lovely and convenient
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's in a very convenient place, close to the station and the main attractions of Florence. Very quiet and clean. The hosts were very nice and helpful and looked after us well. Loved the breakfasts ;) Highly recommend it!

Excellent memories at Firentze.
This hotel is excellent. Especially, Mr & Mrs of the owner is very much kind . They made us feel very much comfortable. Both Mr　&　Mrs　introduced　us　very　nice　restaurants　everyday(　we　stayed　fur　days),　which　are　very　attractive and delicious. Mrs of the owner took copies the map of the church,where my daughter took marriage ceremony. This was big help for me and my wife. Whenever we go to Firentze, we decide to stay at here. Thanks Mr & Mrs of the owner.

Excellent Location and Staff
This B & B is in an excellent location between the S. S. Annunziata Cathedral (absolutely gorgeous and a beautiful choir was practicing when we went in-very special) and the Duomo. Very gracious hosts who brought a delicious breakfast (quiche & omelet on different days along with croissants, toast, jams coffee, fruit etc) to us in our room each morning. (They don't have a common dining room or lobby). The room was quiet and faced an inner courtyard with a view of a couple of giant banana plants! The room is furnished with antiques and the bed was good. The bathroom has been added into the very old high-ceilinged room and the shower was separate but ok. Handle of the shower door came off when you pulled it. Maybe slightly tired decor, but Mario and Flavia made up for that. The morning we left it was raining and we needed to get to the train station. Unfortunately the taxi center was not answering their phone--maybe overwhelmed by those who didn't want to walk in the rain, and we were beginning to panic. Mario came to our rescue by driving us to the station himself, in his car. What a nice thing to do! Alberna gave us many directions to things in Florence and good restaurant recommendations.

Excellent B&B
The B&B was in an ideal location near the Duomo. It was also near the main hospital which my wife had to visit due to a skin allergy at 9PM. Albena and her staff were fantastic in their services. Room was kept clean and neat. A few morning we have to leave early and Albena offered to leave us some pantries. We felt like home. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very good located, few meters away from the Galleria dell'Accademia and in walking distance from most of the main sites. The owners were overly nice and helpful. In general an excellent hotel.

フィレンツェは4回目です。今年3月に友人が宿泊してよかったと聞いたのでこちらに決めました。シニョーラがとても楽しい人で色々親切にしていただきました。部屋は広く清潔でした。シャワーのお湯の出は今一つ勢いがありませんが、お湯が出なくなってしまうようなことはありませんでした。予想外に良かったのはすぐ近くの中華料理店が安くて美味しかった事です。イタリア料理に食べ飽きたときにはいいかもしれません。私たちはテイクアウトをして部屋でいただきました。思っていたよりもドゥオーモや駅から離れていたため評価を4としましたが、宿としては十分満足しています。

Great stay in Florence
Very helpful and attentive. Helped drive us to where we picked up a rental car. Gave us good advice where to go in town. Room looked recently remodeled in a tasteful way. We choose a room over the courtyard for quietness. It is likely that the street side would be noisier. (moderately busy street). Great location.

Très bon B&B, chambre très sympa, grande et confortable avec vue sur une cour intérieure où poussaient des bananiers.... Petits dej copieux servis dans la chambre. Hotes très sympas, hotel très bien placé. Un peu bruyant le matin au réveil (4 chambres).

We really enjoying our stay in Soggiorno Panerai for its value best for us at that time. owner of this hotel are very friendly and helpful. It was the best welcome I have ever had in any hotel I have ever stayed in. We faced some problem during our trip but they help us a lot. Location is also good only few minutes by walk to Duomo and Rest., Gelato shop, shopping area and Bar. If we have chance to go to Florence again, we will definitely be back there. Superb !!!!!
