So sorry. We were full over the weekend. Did you make reservations with Hotels.com. If so, if you will give us a call we will try to help you get your money back. Our system is being updated and no third party reservations are coming through. We are working on the situation and trying to resolve this issue. We are so sorry about the problems you had with your reservations. We do take third party reservations, but they are updating their system and for some reason the upgrade did not sync with our system. We did not have the reservations in our system. If you will call me, we will try to help you get your monies back from Hotels.com. We will a confirmation number to talk with them. Again, I can't apologize enough for the confusion .
