Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you. We take pest control extremely seriously and have contacted our Orkin representative to evaluate. I assure you we have an extensive policy on proactive pest control procedures in place to ensure our guests have the best stay possible. Since the hotel was sold out and we didn’t have another room to accommodate you as a precautionary measure I was glad to read we were able to provide you a room at our sister property the Hampton Inn. I have instructed our corporate team to contact you to discuss your stay in further detail and offer additional concessions.
