직원들이 친절하고, 도움을 요청했을 때 성실히 대응해주었다. 1월 초라서 날씨가 쌀쌀했는데, 실내 온도가 낮게 설정되어 좀 추운게 흠이라면 흠. 그리고 샤워 부스가 작아서 불편했다. 5분 거리에 버스 정류장(23번)이 있고, 20~30분이면 피렌체 명소 대부분에 갈 수 있다. 전반적으로, 최고는 아니지만, 가성비가 좋은 편이라고 할 수 있다.

Very hard to find the location. Very small standing shower. No creams, gel, shampoo etc… standing shower place don’t have a soap dish place either. Restaurant rates are high but in a poor quality .

Great place to stay when you’re in Florence. Rooms are clean, cool & comfortable & the staff are excellent. Also food in the restaurant is very good. Thanks to all especially Francesca at reception & the restaurant staff

The night staff takes top honors at this hotel. The single restaurant host was very attentive and made our day even after a horrible day at the airport with lost luggage, the chef was very accommodating and the night front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

La regadera mide 64 por 64 centimetros, es la regadera mas chica que he visto en mi vida, al segundo dia no nos pusieron papel de baño. Los desayunos estan mas o menos, la decoracion del lugar es lugubre.

Il soggiorno di 2 notti è stato ottimo, ottimo servizio da parte del personale alla reception e al ristoro,ottima la prima colazione....molta scelta tra dolce ,salato. La struttura e molto carina e silenziosa nonostante altre abitazioni nei dintorni, ci si arriva bene in macchina essendo in posto strategico vicino all'uscita firenze sud, comoda se si cuole andare in centro con il bus con la fermata a 150/200mt dalla struttura. Consiglio per essere eccellente un po più di manutenzione per quanto riguarda piccoli lavoretti e ritocchi in qua e la. Consiglio vivamente😉

Good hotel in verry verry quiet surrounding. I slept like a roc. Excellent breakfast buffet! Very friendly personnel. I slept in a 1 person room which was a little sober on light and quitte Spartan which is sadly quitte normal for this type of room. The hotel is 300 meter from the busstop to Florence (every 10 minutes!) so there is absolutely no need to use your car. There is enough free parking space in front of the hotel entrance. I did not have diner in the hotel because I had good lunches during the day (Alimentari Innocenti!!!) and was to tired to wait till 19:30. There was also a bar at the busstop with Heineken beer and panini and slices pizza. Also there is a good trattoria close by the busstop. All in all a good hotel in a quiet suburb with a perfect connection to Florence.

Excellent Rooms and Staff. Letizia and the front desk had many recommendations and were a great help during my stay. They made my vacation first class with their warm service.

We stayed two days in Florence and this Hotel ruined our visit. Rooms are really horrible, we felt like in some Hostel. Hotel doesn’t have sheets for blankets, a Hotel with 4stars. Breakfast ist mainly just croissants and cakes, if you wish boiled eggs or other sort of eggs you need to pay extra. This can’t be 4 stars Hotel at all. Personal was nice and helpful. Area is also nice, outside of the city but quiet.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is just outside of Florence tourist area and is quiet but with easy access by bus (10-15 min ride in). It has a nice laundrymat about a block away. It has a nice pool but the decking is in need of repair. The included breakfast is very nice. However we were not impressed with the dinner service. They seemed to be understaffed and the food we could get was expensive and not impressive. What has soured the experience is the billing. The front desk double charged us for two items. The attendant said they would do an immediate refund as we had to leave. It has now been a month and no refund has been made. I have emailed them and they did respond quickly but only to say that it is still in the works. It is a long time for something that should have been processed the moment it was pointed out at the front desk.

Rent og pent hotell litt utenfor sentrum av Pisa. Det har et lite basseng som var helt perfekt nå når det var varmt. Veldig hyggelig personale som jobber på hotellet. Det er lett å komme seg inn til sentrum av Firenze med buss og taxi om man vil det. Ellers er det vaskeri,butikker og kiosker i nærheten. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

The property itself was incredible for the value. A few pain points during my experience made this tough. 1) the air conditioning system was down during the entire stay. My wife and I being very hot in general had an extremely difficult time doing anything other than swim in the pool since the room was 35 degrees Celsius. 2) the restaurant experience was really really poor. While the waitress was exceptional, she was the ONLY person serving food to the dozens of guests in the restaurant and open courtyard but also running food to rooms. She had to have been serving 50 people. And they only have 1 chef. It took my wife and I 2.5 hours to complete our meal. The vast majority of that time was sitting and waiting.

The pictures l saw on websites is not the hotel l see in person the hotel is to far from city, the hotel isn’t 4 stars it’s 2/30 stars poor breakfast, the stuff in restaurants are friendly however me in person l won’t be coming to this hotel again.

Lovely stay and great for parking!
The location is out of town so itself great if you have a car. You can get a bus into the city and it will take about half an hour. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was lovely. We had amazing servuce until we checked out when the lady forgot to order our taxi so we were waiting 30min (in front of her) before she remembered - that was Sunday 27/9. The male (potentially a manager?) And lady that helped us check in late on Friday 25/9 were amazing and incredibly helpful! We also ate there for dinner and the servings were generous!

Store extérieur ne ferme pas bien, un peu de lumière entre dans la chambre le matin. Douche ancienne, petite salle de bains. État général correct, mais pas très moderne. Bon souper au restaurant de l'hôtel.

Ho passato in questo hotel due notti lo stesso e situato in una zona di periferia circondato dalle case popolari. Piscina delle dimensioni di una pozza situata in mezzo a 4 muri dell hotel e circondata da una decina di sdrai. Per i corridoi un'ottimo profumo di pulito. La camera aveva le pareti ricoperte di zanzare schiacciate, minuscola ma abbastanza pulita. Il personale alla colazione non troppo cordiale in particolare una cameriera che per spiegare le procedure 'Covid' per la colazione è stata sgarbata e maleducata. La receptionist del check out professionale cordiale e con un bel sorriso stampato in viso.

Very pleasant staff in the hotel and restaurant. Very nice, clean room and facilities. We were happy that the staff took the corona rules very seriously in the restaurant especially to minimise multiple people touching breakfast spatulas.
