I'm sorry to hear you did not like the location of your room but, we do have other room types thats right on the water with a nicer view. The room you booked was a resort view room, and they do not come with a view of the water. Furthermore, I'm sorry to hear you had issues with the heat water during your stay but, I had my maintenance team check out the water temperature in that room and they said it was ok.
