We are sorry to hear you were not as pleased as you could have been. You had booked a Standard King Suite, which is on our second floor; however, you were upgraded to a Deluxe at a higher floor. We apologize if the floors appeared dirty, they are not, however we do have grout that comes up and we are working to reseal all of the floors. Glad you enjoyed the pool area and daily entertainment. The restaurant is open from 12:00pm-9:00pm. Before 3:30pm all orders are made at the bar and our guests are welcome to sit indoors, outdoors, as well as the pool area.

Yes,, our balconies overlook the tennis courts and pool area... Some overlook boot key harbor. The front doors and entrance to the apartments overlook the canal. We think this was done this way because when the hotel was built we were known for our tennis courts and hosted quite a few matches! The buildings are very structurally sound and that is exactly why we always do preventative maintenance and upkeep. We hope you enjoyed your stay. Safe travels

The buildings are very structurally sound and we are on top of maintenance that is why you see the concrete work being performed, as routine maintenance and to guarantee the upkeep and integrity of the buildings. The balconies' overlook the tennis courts and pool area, where the front doors open to the canal leading to boot key harbor. We wish you safe travels and are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay as much as you could have.

We are blessed with great staff, and we love when our guests acknowledge their welcoming and hospitable traits! Our continental breakfast consists of eggs, a variety of breads, jam, butter, peanut butter, cream cheese, juice, waffles, bacon, yogurt, fruit, coffee, variety of teas, etc... Our guests' input is important so if we could improve, we are open to suggestions. Safe travels!

I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience here. It rarely happens that the rooms aren't ready by check in time, however sometimes, there are things we can not control. In those cases we give our guests vouchers for a drink or some sort of compensation. Regarding the breakfast, I am not sure how your eggs etc were cold, as everything is made to order. We also do not freeze any of the bread products and have a toaster for the guests to use and we do not have/serve English muffins... only bagels and sliced bread. But in any case we are sorry you did not have a pleasant experience and wish you would have voiced your opinion while on resort so anything that could have been addressed would have been.

Our rooms are spacious with a kitchenette and our housekeeping works very hard to do a diligent job. We are walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and only five minutes away by car to Sombrero beach! All our rooms are advertised as kitchenettes and not full kitchens. Thank you for your feedback! Our rooms are spacious and we are often complimented for our comfortable mattresses! We are upgrading one section of the resort, which doesn't interfere with the majority of the facilities. We hope you enjoyed the pool area, volleyball & tennis courts, gym, use of the bicycles and all the other free amenities we offer.

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. The water issue was delt with once it was brought to our attention. We have a wonderful Maintenance team and once issues our brought to our attention, we do our best to solve the problem as efficiently as possible. We are in the process of upgrades, so we do hope next time you will notice a huge difference.
