Such a gorgeous view
Fantastic! It has a great view and staffs are polite and nice! The breakfast was okay but they really have a good swimming pool and gorgeous view for sunset! Its super close to southern most point. I truly highly recommend this hotel and I would def stay here again if I have a chance to go to Florida!

Everything was perfect! They upgraded our room to an Ocean view villa and the room was beautiful! The bedding sheets were soft and comfortable . Parking is available onsite. Area is quiet and mini version breakfast served. Room was clean and well air-conditioned. There’s an on-site restaurant, pool with other shops within walking distant. Highly recommend!

Loved the property and would stay again in a heartbeat. Staff and location is top notch. Owner is lovely and the attached cafe is great. Even if all that weren't true, the view alone would be worth the price of admission.

Such a unique bed and breakfast with an amazing location. Pool over looks the Atlantic Ocean right next to the Southern Most Point. Quiet end of Duval but walkable to all to do. VERY friendly staff.

Great service. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful ocean side location. Only suggestion is to add a Wi-Fi network extender. Signal on 3rd was poor. Connection kept dropping.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It’s quaint and nice. Good location too. Everything was easy to walk to and plenty of options for shopping and dining. The cafe was delicious also. Staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back!

The mansion itself was ok. The smell of the dying seaweed permeated throughout the building and the constant running dehumidifiers were very loud. The ladies running the place were great. Their customer service was the best i have had. 10/10 view from any floor and the bedding was very soft but the matress was hard. The bath tub was deep but only big enough for one person and the jets didnt work. Breakfast was full of premade sweet and savory pastries which were delicious.

All of Key West has roosters that crow - early. No worries, the history, ambiance and wonderful rooms of the Mansion are truly tremendous and fun. Great pool and beach (next door.) Great staff and wonderful efforts by all on our behalf. A must see and stay in this turn of the century speak-easy turned first rate hotel - stay where the Presidents stayed. Cheers and thanks for a wonderful on Duval.

This was an absolutely lovely property! The sea view and porches to experience it were so peaceful and relaxing. The mansion itself and the history attached to it are amazing! The owners were on site a lot of the time and so delightful to meet, as were all of the top notch staff. We highly recommend a stay here!

Private yet in the middle of everything!
I loved the privacy yet still accessible to everything! I loved room 109 especially the huge shower and bathroom. The bed was perfect and the porch was so spacious. We really had a great time!

Shy on space, big on charm. We had the Bungalow #103 pool room. It’s tiny but well done. Consider leaving some of your luggage in the car and consolidate if you’re on a long trip. Full of character, the ocean and pool are right outside your door. The property is on the quieter end of Duval, a respite. Staff takes pride in a lovely included breakfast with fantastic local coffee brewed fresh, moist bagels and fresh fruit. Loved the location, the charm, the escape of this stay. Toiletries are good: refillable Papaya shampoo, body wash and conditioner. WHEN YOU CHECK IN, the all-important parking space is provided to you by moving a “Reserved” sign from a parking space inside of the brick lot. Helps to have someone who can clear the sidewalk so driver can enter.

PERFECT. An antique, historical and luxurious mark set right on the tip of the Keys. Located on Duval St, with endless restaurants, bars and stores. Opportunities to partake in water sports, fishing and plenty of adventure right next door.

Beautiful Hotel, great service.
Beautiful old house right on the water at the southernmost beach in the US. Two blocks away from the Southernmost landmark. We got upgraded to a beach view which was very nice. Very friendly service. Restaurant was very good. One little issue, water in the shower was a little finicky. It was either extremely hot or cold. There was something weird about the nozzle that when you turned the hot water down at all it would just be completely gone. So had to shower with very hot water. Maybe only an issue in the room we stayed in.

This was such a fun option in beautiful Key West. The hotel gives you the option of staying inside the mansion in 1 of 15 rooms or as we did - by staying in 1 of the 3 bungalows along side the pool area. We also tried the famous lobster pizza from Seaside Cafe located on the grounds of the hotel. The staff was pleasant and very attentive during our stay.
