Thank you for your review. We realize that you were dissatisfied that our accommodations are not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort; however, that information is provided to you before and after reservation. You also signed in acknowledgement of that notice on the Registration Form.

Your review does not explain your reason for giving us a 1-star review. It's worth noting that you reserved your stay under the assumption that you would have dockage; however, that was not the case. We did not claim this property would include dockage. You stated that we are posting misleading photos because there is a picture of the water with boats in the background which is simply not true. The photos you're referring to are of the property grounds and are displayed in the main image gallery. If you click photos for the unit you reserved, you'll see it does not have dockage behind the unit.

We apologize your stay was not as expected. Please keep in mind all communication including the booking listing clearly states we are not affiliated the Hawks Cay Resort. We provide access to Vacation Rental Homes on Duck Key in the resort itself but they resort doesn't allow access to their amenities.
