In coppia, abbiamo prenotato una junior suite molto bella..contesto meraviglioso..siamo arrivati la mattina per una degustazione vini (quel giorno gratuita) e abbiamo conosciuto Chiara Condello, i suoi vini e la sua storia. Tutto meraviglioso. Personale attento e gentilissimo dall’accoglienza alla colazione della mattina successiva. L’Osteria del borgo ci ha soddisfatti completamente, ottimo cibo e vino. Torneremo.

Vineyard Perfection
A beautiful location in the middle of a vineyard. The staff was extremely friendly and helpfu;. The restaurant was delicious. Has an indoor pooland spa and an outdoor pool as well.

Hidden gem in the hills of Romagna.
Amazing resort in the hills of Romagna not far from the town of Forli. It truly is a hidden gem in the local area with a great spa, indoor and outdoor pools, three restaurants with different cuisine in each, lovely local organic wines and the friendliest staff. We felt like we were in Tuscany with the vineyard views and hotel architecture but we were only 45 minutes away from our home in a beach town along the Adriatic sea.

Had a wonderful one night stay when passing through the area. It is very quiet. They had a restaurant on the property, but we needed to drive to it a it was down the road a way. You are staying in a vineyard so not much else around. Reception was great and at check in when I asked for a room on the main level, she switched me immediately. No problem. The room was very large and the bathroom was large also. Parking was free and available right outside of our room. This was an awesome stay. Highly recommend.

Dejligt hotel, små udfordringer.
Virkelig dejligt hotel med den smukkeste beliggenhed og fantastisk udsigt fra værelse og fællesområder. Lidt besværligt at nogle værelser ligger ganske langt fra morgenmadsservering og pools, så man skam køre i bil eller gå i varmen. En pool ved huset ville være bedre. Rigtig pænt, stort værelse med alle nødvendigheder i god kvalitet, velfungerende aircon og dejlig terrasse med fantastisk udsigt over vinmarkerne. Osteria på stedet serverer dejlig mad – forholdsvist stort udvalg, hvilket er rart, hvis man spiser flere aftener. Ret ærgerligt at to af tre restauranter var lukket hele sommerperioden, hvilket vi først blev informeret om efter booking. Fin morgenmadsbuffet med bl.a. lækre æg og god kaffe. Service var generel god og venlig, omend lidt langsom og ikke overvældende informativ. Stor anbefaling, hvis man vil nyde en rolig ferie i smukke omgivelser!

Mooi wijndomein, jammer dat er maar één buitenzwembad open was door een trouwfeest. Wij verbleven in een twee kamer appartement, dit was heel netjes enkel de airco was onvoldoende. Je kan er lekker eten en natuurlijk zijn er aangepaste wijnen.

Il resort è straordinario. Il paesaggio circostante fatto di vigne rende questo luogo incantanto e, inoltre, si può ammirare un panorama unico sulla riviera. In camera si trovano dei prodotti corpo biologici e questo particolare mi è piaciuto moltissimo. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Presso il ristorante, assolutamente squisito e fornito di proposte vegetariane e senza glutine, abbiamo potuto fare l'assaggio di 3 vini tutti ottimi. È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa, resa unica da una location incantata.

The aircon in room 204 could have been stronger and it would be nice to have mosquito guards on the windows so that we could open them (although the doors were child locked anyway). Overall a wonderful stay!

There are two reasons why I haven’t given this property a very high rating. Stayed here 1st-4th July having booked a ‘double junior suite’ in February. This stated it had a balcony. I additionally contacted the property directly and was assured we would have a balcony, However, on arrival we were told that the room with the balcony was not available due to problem with air conditioning. We were told management had agreed to give us an upgrade to a two bedroom suite. When we were taken to see this it was appalling. Large, but dark dismal and badly furnished. No balcony. Obviously in urgent need of refurbishment and it was almost 1km away from the Borgo where breakfast is served and from the main swimming pools. The only redeeming feature was that it was close to the restaurant for evening meals. Moreover it did not have any air conditioning and the temperature at the time was in the high 30s. We felt insulted that we had been offered this option and made to feel we should be grateful for getting ‘an upgrade’. Of course we refused the room but then had to wait over an hour before the next manager arrived and we were told that we could have another room for one night and after that be moved to a better room. The suite we ended up in was wonderful but we had to wait till 3pm next day to access it, so all in all we wasted a whole day. Second problem, 3 restaurants advertised but only one open for dinner. Very misleading! Shame because could be lovely place if had better PR!

Das ganze Areal war sehr gepflegt und schön. Der Blick und die Ruhe am Abend herrlich. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, da das für uns vorgesehene im 1. Stock lag und wir schon sehr viele Mitbringsel zusätzlich zu unserem normalen Gepäck dabei hatten.So konnten wir ebenerdig ein- und ausladen. Das war sehr nett.Das Zimmer sehr sauber, mit Kühlschrank, täglicher Handtuchwechsel, Bademantel für Pool und Spa. Das Frühstück sehr reichlich, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war ausgesprochen lecker und das Personal dort sehr nett. Wir hatten uns zwei Stühle geholt, um abends draußen die Ruhe zu genießen. Kurz darauf stand noch ein Tisch da, nett! Allerdings gibt es auch einen sehr dicken Minuspunkt: Wir haben diesen Urlaub gebucht, um vor unserer Rückreise noch etwas die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit zu genießen, wie beworben. Wir reisten am 3.6. an, am 4. - einschließlich 6. kam eine Gruppe mitungefähr 30 Teilnehmern zu einem Leaderseminar. Sollte ja kein Problem sein, dachten wir. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt war es aus mit der Ruhe, zumindest tagsüber. Der Tagungsraum lag ziemlich zentral, direkt am Pool. Da es heiß war, wurden natürlich die Türen geöffnet. So mußten wir dem Seminar folgen, ob wir wollten oder nicht. Mit all der Musik zu Beginn und rythmischem Klatschen, die Stimme des Leiters war sehr markant und kräftig, schwoll an und ließ wieder an Kraft nach. Zur Gruppenarbeit schwärmten die Teilnehmer aus, nicht in die Sonne - nein! Am

Loved our stay! Manuel was a wonderful host for our wine tasting experience!! 5 + stars for him.Our Jr suite room was large and very nice. We stayed there in September--beautiful weather, and not too hot! Would have liked more availability to activities, e.g. bike rentals, hiking (maps of local roads and trails), horseback riding prices and information, etc. but the facilities (room, swimming pool, spa, restaurants, breakfasts) were all very nice. Has the potential to be great.
Stayed at Borgo Conde for my partner's birthday with high expectations for a great trip. The drive into the estate is faultless and couldn't be a better setting for an amazing trip. Only a couple of days before they informed us by email that there was going to be a wedding at the venue causing amenities and a restaurant to be closed which was frustrating as it was so late from us booking. The initial welcome was pleasant but could be improved, with many activities and amenities being unavailable during our stay which we had asked for information about in advance of our stay. The room was a good size with good fixtures, although our main light turned on about 5 times over night, and after being swapped rooms had the same problem subsequently unfortunately. The only restaurant that was open was about a 1.5km walk down the estate hill with the reception there being unfriendly to say the least even though we were the only guests their initially each time. Food and wine was great however. Although the wine tour is interesting, it is over priced in our opinion so probably avoid. Overall the stay was good but not great and was let down by both the friendliness of the staff and the inconveniences that were not communicated ahead of time and no viable alternatives really offered.

Location molto carina tra le colline emiliane...apprezzabile più forse in primavera estate. Accoglienza da parte del ragazzo alla reception ottima . Veniamo sistemati in una delle case che compongono il borgo(junior suite)e la prima cosa che mi lascia perplessa è l'assenza di un passatoio(anche solo di semplici sassi)Che impedisca di riempirsi le scarpe di fango entrando in camera(Cosa che mi aspetterei da un 4 stelle). La camera era a prima vista pulita ma non a fondo probabilmente perché fuori stagione non saprei. Per fortuna fatta presente la perplessità ci cambiano la stanza con una sopra la reception Che stavolta risponde alle caratteristiche di una junior suite...calda pulita e di buone dimensioni. Colazione molto buona anche se non prolungabile per un minuto in più...il buffet chiude e basta!la spa carina ma purtroppo non funzionava la sauna.Forse siamo arrivati fuori stagione e questo spiega le tante piccole mancanze di un resort 4 stelle. It is a lovely place with not much to do but we went to Ravenna. great suits. good food and wine. wonderful views. we enjoyed spa facilities.

Wonderful start to our trip!
We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful way to start our two weeks in Italy! Everything was terrific - beautiful room with a gorgeous view of the vineyards, nice pool area, delicious breakfasts and dinners, very helpful staff. We hope to return someday and will definitely recommend Borgo Conde to anyone visiting this area.

La posizione della struttura è molto bella, gli edifici di recentissima ristrutturazione, curati e puliti. Belle camere, personale gentile e disponibile, piccolo centro benessere con sauna bagno turca e piscina. Trattandosi del 31 dicembre, purtoppo il centro benessere non era adeguato al numero di persone, che si limita ad offrire 8 sdraio e gli altri sono rimasti in piedi...la piscina era freddina per i nostri gusti, queste le uniche pecche .Colazione continentale fornita di tutto, di buona qualità, Consigliamo questo posto per un weekend di relax.

Great first impressions didn't last
Apparently after a certain date only one restaurant is open for lunch & dinner, this was disappointing. First impressions were good but on closer inspection you realise that more attention to details are required. Broken lightbulbs not replaced, the shabby chic is actually dirty with splashes and marks and needs a good clean, stained sofa in our room, stained dining chairs, fraying curtains, and the door to the reception is REALLY grubby! It needs some TLC to get it back to the standard it should be.

Fantastiska vinerl, service och utsikt
Ett fantastiskt hotell som ligger högt i bergen med magisk utsikt. Passar för par men också par med barn. Personalen var grymma likaså maten och för att inte tala om vinerna!
