Traveling with dogs and they’re always so nice to put me on first floor near to door near dog walk area. Good coffee machine in lobby is a real plus for me! Influences me coming back. Good food at breakfast.

The bed was really comfortable. The rooms are clean. We just use it as a stopover for one night and the breakfast was really good the next morning.

Room was clean. Hotel staff was really nice. My only complaint was they couldnt find my reservation for 20 minutes at checkin.

My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. Other than that, EXCELLENT!!

When I arrived, there was a sign apologizing that the elevator was out of order. I was traveling with my disabled mother so I wanted to make sure there were no steps for her to climb. We were assigned to room 107. There was noises nonstop coming from the ceiling and walls. I called the front desk and was advised that this room usually is not assigned due to the noise level because the room is underneath the boiler room. However, the agent that checked me in was new and is not aware. She said that I should speak with the manager the next morning for compensation. They offered to give me a room on the second or third floor but I explained that my disabled mother cannot climb stairs and the elevator is out of service. We didn’t get any sleep. I spoke with a woman at the front desk the next morning and she said they can’t compensate me. The entire experience was a nightmare. If I was told about the room in advance, I would not have checked in and would have went to another hotel.

I'm sorry the stay was not to your liking. We are still waiting for the part to come in for the elevator so it will be fixed. The room that you stayed in is rented almost every night. I'm sorry for the noise all night, unfortunately it's beside our boiler room. The reason that you could not get compensated is because your reservation was a virtual card in our system, and we cannot alter those types of reservations. Hopefully your next stay at a Choice hotel is better.

I came to stay at Comfort Inn for my dad’s funeral only to know after I booked the elevator did not work. We had a lot of luggage and small kids which made it more inconvenient. Had this been disclosed we could have made other arrangements.

Front desk staff was kind and helpful, including property staff who had to get me a new key when mine wasn’t working. Bathtub had rings so might have been older, and toilet didn’t flush immediately, so for these reasons I rated staff highly but cleanliness and room a little lower.

Supposedly 5star reviews. Disappointed. Elevator was broken. Staff was friendly and owners husband offered to carry my luggage. Room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was ok — lots of options.

Got in super late. Husband had a smooth check in and they even gave us a room on the first floor since the elevator is broken. Room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast in the morning was a big plus. Nice and hot. The family throughly enjoyed it!

The elevator was out of service, not a problem they gave us a 1st floor room. The carpet was worn and the bathroom was lacking a shower curtain but the manager placed one immediately. The breakfast was okay like many hotels. Not much choice in restaurants on a Monday, but a Popeyes was close. Overall many new hotels opening near by!

Check in was average, the lady didn’t seem thrilled to be there. Elevator was broken so we had to lug all our stuff up the stairs. Our room was dirty and had hair all over the place. Bed was comfy and cable was good. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay.

Breakfast was terrific, the espresso machine a real asset (nothing beats great coffee in the morning! A real gem in a town that has seen better days.

The rooms were spacious and very nice. The elevatorwas noisy and made you question if it was going to work or not. Unfortunately there were people on our floor that allowed their children to run and scream thru the hall and room.

We are happy you stayed with us at our location. We have had someone come out to check the elevator, however, if it is left open too long, it will make a long noise and close slowly. I'm terribly sorry about the noise in the hallway. Unfortunately, we cannot control that. We hope that does not hinder you from staying with us again.

Very nice property with easy access to I-40. Pet friendly, with large grassy areas and pet waste stations. All guests with pets are housed on the ground floor, which really helps! Very nice room and bathroom. Duvet is always too hot for me, but linens and bed were otherwise comfortable. Nice breakfast options.

Property was lovely… Check in/out staff was super… room was nice size and clean… was a lovely place. Hot breakfast, the only thing was the gravy wasn’t very hot, but upon telling the staff, they looked into it…
