CHEAP AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE - STAY AWAY
Air conditioner was super LOUD! I complained about it (made a special trip to the office) and the lady said she would get someone to come check it out. NO BODY EVER CAME. I asked about the breakfast at 6 am, and she said it's not until 7am. So at 7 am, I went and saw nothing new from the previous night. there were about 10 dry oatmeal packages, some old dried cherrios in a container, and NOTHING ELSE. No fruit, no yogurt, nothing. I asked if there was anything else to this breakfast, and the lady said, NO, WE RAN OUT. She did bring out some milk for me, so that was nice of her. But I got the distinct feeling they are SUPER CHEAP hosts who don't want to spend an extra dime for anything. I felt I was lied to, ignored, and not valued at all. I don't recommend this place even though it's a lower price. And as for the owners/operators of this establishment, I suggest you start treating your customers like you value them. Don't lie, and stop being CHEAP!

Great place to shelter during the Polar Vortex. No WiFi, and the staff was not able to get it to work, but that is not uncommon.

Disgusting room
Room was disgusting. Stains everywhere. Only one working power outlet. Broken dresser drawer sitting on top of dresser. Tv didn’t work.

201 is where I stayed and the sink did not work properly they should get that fixed everything else was really fine I knew it was more of an inexpensive place but for the price and area it was really nice

Avoid this place…desk person was rude the lobby had no ac and my room ac didn’t work properly, tv didn’t work , shower was broken. Cheap rates but you get what you pay for!

Rude staff, there was no breakfast offered as promised on the website at time of booking. Dirty room with leftover food from another person. Stains on the sheets. Forced to use the night checkin window even at 9am when I was attempting to check out and grab the breakfast that wasn’t available. Overcharged for a room after my online room was unavailable at checkin. Made me pay a deposit on my pet even though they are allowed and included in my online booking fee. Would not take card for this charge so I have my card charged for the room and then had to pay cash for my pet?? Said there was a 5$ fee but all I had was a 20$ bill and was not given change because the clerk says they do t carry change..? At least the water in the hotel stayed hot so I was able to take a decent shower.

First of all this is not a hotel this is a motel Learn the difference next read breakfast is 6-9 am I decide weather i want to use night window to check in people or main lobby if you had issue with my rooms you could asked for refund or change of room I would happily given you your money back to answer for your next question about your reservation and pet any place you check in the pet fee is collected by the property not online unless it told you can pay online now about reservation your booking agent online who send your reservation to my property didn’t give my staff full and accurate information to charge the card but none the less I happily told your booking agent online to give you your money back.

Time to rest
Close to the Freeway, check in was slow, must have been a long day for the clerk. Was in a better mood at checkout. Basic cheap and mostly clean.

Barely satisfactory for 1 night. Go elsewhere.
The first room had a previously slept in half made up bed. There was something foul in the shower drain. The commode was dirty with a nasty ring inside.

You have to know what you’re getting at this price point. The toilet had not been cleaned in quite some time, worst toilet I’ve seen in a cheap motel. Cigarette burns in bedspread (“non-smoking” room). WiFi didn’t work, freezer didn’t work. Very unfriendly check-in at side window when it wasn’t even after hours. But quiet enough and bed was fine.

The door wasent answered for awhile then when it was the man kept me out in the cold and it took over thirty mins to check me in . He was very rude and had a very smart mouth was very unclear with his instructions and I had to wonder around to find my room

I have looked at reviews after staying here not safe it was right next to the liquor store door didnt lock well. I also had no shower curtain or a plug for the bath tub so no way to get clean.

The checkin was unfriendly. Talking through glass with no speaker hole. Clerk acted like I was an interpretation. He actually made a copy of my license. He had to write down my confirmation number. I don't know if he wasn't fully computer's connected. He didn't even look at a computer for a my name. The room was standard cheap hotel and that's what I paid for. Nothing luxury about this place.

Basic room, mediocre service.
Check in area was sweltering. No one was in check in area. Rang burton, then had to call phone number and wait 10 mins for clerk to come to desk. Room condition and cleaniness was ok.

Well there was a lot of rules and regulations. Our son wasn’t even allowed to come there and visit without $50 also they wanted us to put up a $200 deposit for in case someone smoked in there. No guest no kids So when we checked out had the lady go check she checked everything even the garbage can and behind bed and chair. Even though they were so clean that when I ran my finger across the dresser there was dust on it. But the bed was really comfortable.
