We booked this room specifically for the pool. We live in Greeley and booked so the kids could swim and the pool was closed down! Nothing on the website said anything about the pool so I called to check before we booked and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes so I was unable to get answers before arriving! Everything else was exactly what we needed but we were incredibly bummed over the pool. Especially since we only live 15 minutes away!!!!

Hotel is overall decent. Staff neglected to share at check in that the pool/slide was closed. That was the main reason for us to stay there. I wish they would have explained that. We did see a sign in the elevator but not an upfront notification.

The pool and waterslide were fun for the kids. Great shopping around and a nice indoor park within walking distance.

My twelve-year-old loved the pool with slide and we enjoyed the hot tub in the snow! Beds were comfy. Would have liked to have better coffee. We had a great stay overall.

Can't say enough about the water slide and about how Accommodating to children they are. The Room was very very clring shower as well great job!

Tried to call the front desk multiple times over a 3.5 hour period and never got an answer. Went down and asked for towels for the pool and was handed a pile of unfolded towels. I asked for 8 and only received 6. Went back to front desk later on to ask do or pillows for our suite. Was told they only had 1. Front desk stated they would bring me more in which was never received. Television remote did not work. After calling front desk and not getting an answer. I went back downstairs to get it fixed. Was sent to try the remote twice more in which case it still didn’t fix the problem. By now I decided to call the property from my personal phone and was told maintenance would be contacted. Almost 10:00 pm rolls around and no tv still. I gave up! Haven’t got to the morning yet but my expectations are very low. Also pool slide is not monitored and is a recipe for an injury in which the facility probably sees happen frequently.

Horrible stay. When I first went into my room the floors creeked bad. I left went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. When I walked into that room the couch was pulled out and the dresser's drawers were all open. I thought someone was already in there but no clothes. So I closed everything up. Thought it was odd. Then I get my bill from my credit card. The amount of my bill was different than my copy I received from the front desk. Then I was also billed for $9.00. I called and asked what that was for, she said I bought something at the gift shop. I NEVER did. So to make a long story short, I disputed the amount on my credit card, my boyfriend went down to look at the video of supposedly me purchasing something out of the gift shop and it was erased. We also notified the Johnstown police department of fraud. I will NEVER EVER stay at this Comfort Inn!!!!

Paid almost $150 because of hot tub that was unusable. Barely any water in it and looked gross 😕. Not staying here again.

Got Charged $250 for damages. The damage was to the door and frame in/from the hallway. Looks like somebody tried to break into the room. My girlfriend had 2 keys. Why would she need to use a screw driver to break in. There are no security cameras in the hallways. It very well could have been somebody trying to break in to do her harm. The hotel refuses to refund the charge. I could understand if the damage was actually in the room. But the damage is clearly from the hallway, where any number of people have access. The security in the hotel is severely lacking and their customer service is attrocious. It took them over a week to produce picture proof after calling multiple times daily to speak to the manager. Of which, never called back.

The only complaints I have is the breakfast was just blah and they didn’t give us any clean towels or make the bed. I don’t think they even came to our room. It was very unusual for that to happen.

Good Day Monty,I'm sorry to see that your recent stay at Comfort Suites Loveland did not meet your expectations. We do greatly appreciate all of our guest feedback! I did see that your reservation was for the 17th - 19th. This explains why you didn't have your room serviced. Unless requested by our guests, our staff has a cleaning schedule of 2 days of no cleaning then a full clean on the 3rd day which was the day you checked out of our facility (17th no cleaning, 18th no cleaning then full clean on the 19th). Any time that you would like to have your trash, towels or bedding replaced during your stay please don't hesitate to request this service at the front desk as we are always happy to accommodate our guests needs. As far as our breakfast goes we do try to keep a wide variety of options (fruit, cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, oatmeal, toast, pastries and many condiments) to choose from to satisfy most guests palates. We hope you do come back and have a much more satisfying experience in the future. We would like to thank you again for choosing Comfort Suites Loveland for your stay! We stayed here specifically for the pool which was very cold! The hot tub was cold as well. The staff was not very friendly, I stood at the check in counter for at least 10 minutes and even though staff walked by doing other things they never greeted me or said they would be with me in a minute. It felt cold and awkward.

Hello Jamie, On behalf of our staff we are deeply sorry about our staff not being very friendly and you having to wait 10 minutes to get help. We are trying to improve and better our staff. From what I was notified about the pool, the snow and cold weather on Saturday October 28th our pool machine could not keep up and froze. In that case our indoor pool and hot tube could not stay warm.

POOL/ OUTDOOR HOT TUB ARE AWFUL!!!! We decided to stay here as a “staycation” due to the featured pool and outdoor hot tub, as well as proximity to other attractions. It is Colorado, and it was 25° and snowing, because it’s Colorado. The OUTDOOR hot tub was less than luke-warm bath water with no jets. Every guest was complaining about it. How do you have an outdoor HOT tub in Colorado that’s not HOT when it’s cold out!?!? The indoor pool was so cold and had so much chlorine in it that my kids stayed in for less than 5 minutes before getting out. We decided to just head back to the room and watch a movie, which would have been great except the TV didn’t work!!!! We ended up just saying the heck with it and went home. What a disappointing experience and total waste of money. I would not recommend to anybody else.
