I recently stayed at a Days Inn hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the front office staff. The individual lacked basic customer service skills and consistently displayed a rude attitude. It is perplexing to me how someone with such a demeanor could be employed in a customer-facing role. My husband, who is usually jovial, attempted to lighten the atmosphere, but the staff member remained unresponsive and even gave disapproving looks. It is disheartening to witness such poor representation of the company through an employee's attitude. We stayed for two nights, so it was not a one-time occurrence. Seeing other reviews about the same person, I realize that I would have chosen a different hotel had I known. As we were in town for a family emergency, the last thing anyone wants during that time is to encounter someone rude.

Noisy, piece of ceiling falling down by elevator, WAY overpriced for what you get, halls and carpet yucky. Only upside was great water pressure in the shower.

It was kinda what I expected for the price, The colicky baby in the next room literally sounded like it was in our room, every time someone shut a entry door to their room It shook the whole 3rd floor. You can also tell the whole building is settling away from the elevator shaft if you just look at the gaps under the doors...

This property was very convenient for our trip- we were at a ministry event nearby and we’re blessed to have a restaurant and fast food literally in the parking lot to the hotel. The gym was closed when we were there,

Good choice, very clean.

We stayed a few nights. The room was clean, functional and the bed comfortable. But, when housekeeping cleaned, they didnt change the sheets, nor leave clean towels or toilet paper. We had to go to the desk. Bkfaat was ok, the usual fare. Will probably pay closer attention to the reviews next time.

This hotel is very pricey for the quality. The rooms door handle was broken. The door also has a one inch gap at the bottom and didn’t keep noise out. The fridge noise in the room was annoying. The metal bed frame was very loud and was easily kicked. There was a lot of noise all around us during our stay making it difficult to sleep.

Great service and room
We arrived a few hours before actual checkin time, but when i explained we were in town for a funeral and we would like to be able to change the manager got us right in. Abd she upgraded our room at no charge. If we make it back there we will stay with them again.

This Days Inn has been nicely updated. The bathroom included features not commonly found at Days Inns. The marble countertop, designer sink, high end faucet were very nice. The bed was comfy and the pillows worked really well. These last two elements are most important for lodging away from home. Nice work to all the staff!

Unsecured. Door always blocked open that should have been locked. Window was left unlocked on ground floor room (always check!). Wifi bandwidth kinda slow. Very noisy street location. Noisy truck clientele, not begrudging working people, but they don't have to remove the mufflers like a toddler. Breakfast yogurt was 2 weeks beyond exp date and moldy. Room was clean and well cared for.

It was a little bit hard to find going off the maps app. It was clean but a no frill motel. You could hear a lot of noise from hall way. The pillows were not comfortable (but that could just be me) break fast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles the usual.

Just for a night
Hotel is ok, rooms have been updated so they are nice. Carpet in hallways is pretty dirty. But all in all for the price it was good.
