This review is based on the room given to us which was room 238. Below, I will tell you why I can't give this room or visit a nice rating. We arrived late in the evening due to vehicle trouble. We were checked in by the front desk staff quickly. We got the room that we expected to get. Nice and spacious 2 bedroom suite. One of the room has 2 queen beds and the other has 1 king bed. It has a kitchen and a living room in the middle of 2 bedrooms and has a full sofa bed. We love the configuration of the room with 2 bathrooms. This could have been easily a 5 star review. However, the a/c unit in the room with 2 queens beds was not cooling the room. I reported the issue 2 hrs after check in to give enough time for the a/c to, maybe, work. However, it did not get cold at all. Which made the room warm enough to make the occupant uncomfortable. I told the front desk lady which at that time was by herself taking care of all the issues of the hotel and watching the front desk at the same time. She came up to try and see if she can do something to the best of her ability but she can't do anything. So, she has to send a repair request for maintenance to fix it in the morning. Morning came and I also went to tell the guy in the front desk about the issue and confirmed that a request has been forwarded. So, we left that day to do our business and came back at night to the same issue we left. Either they did not come and fix it or they just don't care because the other a/c was working.
