The location is great ! Lobby looks very nice and modern , the room needed extra seating and store space . First day the hotel was busy and there is not enough staff to maintain pool area including bathrooms clean . I also went back to my room at 2:30 pm one day and no house keeping . Food at the restaurant was bad !!!

We, we’re celebrating our anniversary, and Booked for 2 nights an Stunning Ocean Front King Balcony Room (that’s what they advertised) We arrived @1:30 pm, hopping we can get early; at 4 for they call us to let us know that they don’t have the room available and only have two beds room, and that what we were going to get because they were sold out. They put us on a corner room with barely any view; On top of that The never clean the room the time we were there. We were very disappointed complaint several times and ask at least one night we get what we paid for! They did gave us the resort fee back. But we booked here for their reviews and we want a memorable anniversary! Not sleeping on separate beds.

The property was very nice and a great distance from so many restaurants and bars. The heat in my hotel room did not work, so they provided a space heater- which was a good solution but i would have preferred to be moved to a different room.

Huge hotel, great corner ocean view room in the Marina tower which was the newer section. Overall great stay after getting off the cruise ship before catching a flight the next day.

There was a charge for everything, no free parking. $55 a day for parking, $45 resort fee. Sink was clogged, room was tiny, had to pay an additional $322 after already booking the room. Never staying here again!

The quality of food for the money was not good. Not much communication on things to do or even area around. Totes places yet one place turns into 2. Mermaid should be shown as extra listed with money. Bar was not utilized enough. Gave wrist band no one checked. Location is beautiful. Concept is amazing. Just wish more activities

Stayed one night before drive to keys - not worth the money for short stay. Tried 3 different times to use bikes - never available and staff didn’t care. We don’t think they even had 5 bikes - seems small but for price we paid - it was not ok. Service at bar and lobby area was so slow and ridiculously priced - would not stay again

We were excited based on the reviews and the gorgeous photos to spend our 1 day in Fort Lauderdale here. When we arrived, the pool and room (which we paid to upgrade to oceanfront ) was disappointing and not worth the price. However, they did accommodate early check in. The floors in our room were covered in sand, and the AC was inconsistent.

The staff at the facility was very friendly and accommodating. They changed my room when I requested it. I had to request it because I paid for a "stunning beach view" and what I got was a view of the teardown of the Tortuga Music Festival that went on for almost the entire week of my stay. It was noisy, and it blocked my view of the beach. I was not made aware of this ahead of time. In addition, by the end of the week, the hotel was crowded and the pool area especially ran out of seats. People were playing football in the pool and nothing was done to stop it. At one point, they hit someone with the ball. I did not think this was acceptable. I also did not like that I had to pay an additional $55 PER NIGHT to park my car there. It was valet only so everytime I wanted my car, I had to wait for someone to get it. It was a pain. There was also an additional $43 resort fee daily. So -- the price that's displayed per night for the room is really not accurate. With taxes and fees, it cost me over $100 extra per night. Another thing I didn't like is the lack of water pressure from my shower head and the fact that the shower only had a half door -- the rest was open to the rest of the bathroom. I did like having a private beach & pool area - towels were provided, drinks and food were readily available by an eager waiting staff. It was convenient to just charge it to the room. Umbrellas on the beach were an extra charge ($25). So I probably wouldn't stay again

My complaint isn’t with the staff at B it’s with Expedia for not knowing all the facts and updating us with travel changes. Our view from room and beach was blocked by huge tents and temporary fences . Our flight changed and was delayed into the middle of the night and the Expedia app never updated. The AC in room make a clunk clunk when turning on no sleep !!!

Hotel was in great area, nice beach. All areas walkable. Ideal for cruise port too. I previously stayed here years ago so selected to stay here again. Room was not very clean, pieces of litter and food debris under the beds. Empty crisp packet behind curtains. Disappointed with the pool and beach. It was so busy I couldn’t use the pool and there were no sun beds left on the beach to use either. I had to use my one towel and sit on the sand. I actually had to pay resort fees for this. Really disappointing. Bar area and coffee area was good.

Good location for a getaway. Having access to the beach, pool and the lounge chairs were great! Be sure to get there early in the day if you want to sit by the pool. Housekeeping came intermittently, one day great and others not so much. Location is a bit far from restaurants so plan to walk a bit or uber if planning to go out. Overall great stay!

The beach is nice and they provide towels and chairs. Restaurant has good food but very pricey. Lots of places to eat in walking distance. Staff is friendly and they did bag checkin for us since we arrived very early off a cruise ship and were able to enjoy the pool and beach. Our room was nice, ocean view. Very clean and comfortable beds

Le B accueillait des jeunes de l'Université de Miami. Un temps beaucoup trop long pour l'arrivée. Lobby rempli d'étudiants, bagages, boissons, etc. On a ignoré mon inquiétude d'être en plein milieu bde tout ce mode "Let's party..." m'indiquant que ma chambre est bien située et tout. Une demande de changer de tour a été refusée. Une politique de temps calme après 22 h. Un appel au front desk à 23 h et un peu plus calme après minuit. Par contre, les jeunes n'avaient aucune difficulté à venir s'installer devant la porte de notre chambre (cour intérieure) où se trouve un petit coin salon extérieur. Très fâcheux et on se demande quelles son les priorités de cet établissement. Le seul , j'ai demandé un crédit pour les "Resort fees". Vraiment dommage car l'hôtel est bien situé, la mer, restos et tout.

Our room was spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable and i slept well. I was disappointed that i booked an ocean side room with a balcony and they couldn't give me one. I believe if i make a RESERVATION, then it should have been reserved for my arrival. Besides that, i was very happy with the service and my stay. I would like to commend Dianne at the front desk. She was extremely helpful on our check in and always greeted me with a smile.

For the price we paid for this room it was below standard. No drawers for clothes or anyplace to hang clothes in the bathroom. Would not stay here again.

I found the staff at the hotel not very friendly. They were very disorganized. The hotel was unique and it was clean. The room was updated but still felt like it was just a makeover. For the type of hotel and the price I found it overpriced. The valet parking was very expensive we heard of them losing peoples keys. We did like the Mermaid Bar. It was a cute show and an enjoyable night. I don't think I would stay there again.

I loved the location, just 8 minutes from the airport but right on the beach. I was surprised it cost $48/night to park a car...Outrageous to me. And then another $56/night for a "resort fee".....IT'S A PUBLIC BEACH! Overall not a bad place but hidden costs a Killa!

Having the beach is key to this property. However, if you are unfortunate to have a room across the sky walk, it is a ridiculous long walk and two elevators to get to your room or the pool/beach. Absolutely a game changer I saw some elderly people who couldn’t get to their rooms easily due to the distance from the lobby
