Obviously had water issues and wasnt cleaned up properly. Room needed to be gutted and re done. There is definitely a mold issue that is being masked.

I booked the room because of its proximity to the beach and because it had a small kitchenette. The place looked clean in the pictures, so I thought it’d be perfect for my mother/daughter trip. We arrived a little before midnight and couldn’t wait to get to sleep. The friendly gentleman at the front desk checked us in and walked us to our room. It had a musty smell, but I thought that maybe it was because the room had been locked up. Optimisticly, I figured once we got some airflow, it would be fine. Once he left, my daughter went to turn on the bathroom light and it didn’t work. When she turned back toward me, she noticed all the bugs on the bed. Wormy looking bugs were on the sheets and inside the pillow cases. We grabbed our suitcases and exited the room. The front desk manager helped with our refund, but now it was after midnight and I had to find a place for us to stay. The Hilton down the street was very accommodating and our beds weren’t covered in bugs. Overall, we laughed it off and enjoyed our week in Florida….somewhere else.

Nice staff and clean room
Theo was great. He was very welcoming. The room was clean but missing the ironing board. Theo quickly found a replacement. I definitely would stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was great for the price! Workers are really nice and the room was very clean. It’s in a nice spot as well, quick walk to the beach.

It was a cozy, very basic stay, 2 blocks from the beach! The grounds were pretty, and a little oasis among the high rise hotels.

Great location!
Great location and well worth it for the money. Room was clean and it was very close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Solid economy motel room; close enough to the beach to walk, but not so close you would grab something if you forgot it. Same thing with restaurants; 22 minute stroll to Bubba Gump’s was fine and kind of the furthest restaurant to go to, lots to see on the walk. Pool was small but fine to hang in for a short time. Only off downside was no pool/beach towels at check-in - they were cranking to turn over rooms and said they were going to get some from one of their other properties, which didn’t help us but fine. They did get us into our room before 3 pm which was great so we could get to the beach asap (chair and umbrella rentals at beach end at 4:30, so small window to do that beach time for our one night). 14 minutes to the airport at 4:30 am so that was convenient.

La chambre était très froide malgré l’arrêt de la climatisation. Peu de draps pour se couvrir. Le froid nous a réveillé pendant la nuit. La chambre était propre et agréable. L’hotel est située a coté d’un site en construction, donc bruyant le jour à partir de 9h.

Just a simple room, no frills at all. Clean and comfortable, but bring a heavier blanket if you need weight to sleep. The bed only had a sheet and a blanket/top cover slightly heavier than a sheet. Two front desk employees reassured me we would have a quiet room, we were room #1 right next to the office. It was not quiet. The office staff constantly banged the wall with something and we could hear through the adjoining door at times. No other rooms were available so we were stuck.

For the last 3 years I have been coming to this beautiful quiet side of Fort Lauderdale. I loved and enjoyed my stay. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was great! We booked a 2 queen bed with the kitchen stove. The room was a great size, beds are comfortable, the room and bathroom was very clean!

Altfor dyrt i forhold til kvalitet. Vi har bodd her tidligere og hadde et greit rom i andre etg. sist. Denne gangen fikk vi rom på bakkeplan rett ved resepsjonen, hvor alle går forbi. Vi forsøkte å bytte rom, men dette var ikke mulig fordi hotellet var fullt i følge resepsjonen. Tviler sterkt på at dette stemte. Dessverre er ikke dette hotellet verdt prisen lenger. Beliggenheten er god i stille gater.

The property was well maintained and room had full kitchen with seating. The one negative is there was no staff present when trying to check out. Would have missed flight if we hadn't left key card in room.

Pros: The location was close to the beach( walking about 2min) and the house keeper was sweet. Cons: front desk was barely at the desk, we had a party of 4 and they gave us 1 set of towels like we wanted to steal them, the sheets were stained

I was skeptical because of low price but was just staying 1 night so I figured what the heck. Turns out, I found one of the best kept little secrets. The place was great!! Comfy bed, short enough walk to the action, clean pool, and you are able to use the amenities at their other hotels in that little neighborhood. Truly a gem and I will definitely be back!

The property was beautiful and secluded from the main road but within walking distance to everything. Are stay was fantastic and would definitely stay there again.

Our room was so much better than we had been expecting. We had hardwood floors, a day bed, and kitchenette. It appeared clean but the only issue I had was there was no comforter on the bed, just a few layers of sheets, maybe that's normal for Florida? Overall, super nice staff, would definitely book here again!!
