Yes- she was right, we don't have any bugs, unless you brought them with you and took them with you !Rooms are inspected very carefully, and was inspected after you comment- by four department heads/managers - this is a serious issue -everything was cleared as false alarm!Its the tropics you may get some kind of bug if you let doors open , PLEASE identify before you make accusations!!!

There was nothing actually wrong with the bedding, that's why there was an issue , your husband also mentioned you do this to every hotel you go to , ?1?

The literature and pictures are correct and the pictures are not even professionally touched up . everything is very truthfull and correct, You may just need to pay attention more to the time of the year - Spring Break ! This is crazy busy time in south Florida and it could be bit noisy, we are not a sanatorium.:))

Thanks for staying with us :)Its a Retro 80's Miami - South Beach Hotel - we try to keep it that way by restoring things to original ambience .Naturally it doesn't look brand new but its updated and we are keeping up with updates etc.
