The front desk agent was pleasant and efficient. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. On the down side, the ChargePoint spaces out front NEED to change their charging structure. The pricing for charging a PHEV is reasonable and customary, but the spaces go unused because the overnight "after charge has completed" rate goes to $4.00 per hour!! A patron has to get out of bed at 1:00AM to disconnect and find another parking space, or get charged $28 AFTER paying the charging fee. NO ONE used the spaces while we were at the hotel!

I paid about $200 for one night to be alittle closer to airport for an early morning flight. This hotel is near the freeway which is nice but dining is very very limited. Only place near by is Cracker Barrel. You’re pretty much surrounded by car dealerships at this location. The price is not worth the location at all.

The property is one exit away from tons of shopping and dining. Not from from FLL airport and 20 min drive to MIA Gardens. I had a minor issue that was QUICKLY resolved by Melanie and manager Andrew. I appreciated their kindness and understanding so much it made my weekend. Will stay here again with no doubt. Parking and breakfast complimentary which is always a plus!!

Staff very friendly Bathroom floor was a big sticky, found also a hair. Room was very dark and only had a little window on the side. Room carpet was dark and dirty. We had a little sofa that had black stains and room smell like humid.

After 10 days in Cuba what a treat this hotel is. Clean and personable staff. Reasonable breakfast and comfortable rooms with everything you could ask for. The gold standard of Hampton Inn.
