I stayed on the first floor for one night. Unfortunately, the toilet had issues flushing which I let the hotel staff know right away and they sent out a maintenence man who fixed it. Or so I thought because the toilet had problems flushing not too long after. Then, the shower would not drain at all. I was too exhausted to change rooms and it was in the middle of the night.

The guest across from our room was using profundity language all night and she was staying with kids. A guy was playing loud music in the back of our room close to midnight.

If i had allowed the comments in the review section to be my reason of choice i would not select this property. I found the property to be clean and the service was good. Stayed in room 308 for four nights. Room was clean with a very cmfortable bed and nice fluffy towels in the bathroom. Housekeeping was done on a daily basis. The workers greets you with a smile. Those I remrmber are Brenda and Roy at the front desk and also the lady with the pink hair. Claudette in the dining room was great. The other two dining room staff was good also but Claudette stood out.

Sosd orry for your stay we are a earth friendly hotel so on the 3rd day by request we will be happy to clean and restock towels and toiletries. We had Pest control check the room and everything was ok but thanks for giving us an review.

We reserved for 4 adults and they provided towels for 2, and when we request they took too long to service. Never received room cleaning, they are the worst in customer service desk.

Our room had no electricity!!! No lights! No AC! All night long! And no running water from shower head…had to both in an unpleasant-looking tub…in the dark!

The roaches. The mold on the walls. The pubic hairs on the lid of the toilet and the walls of the shower. The air conditioning in the room was never below 75 degrees even though we set it to cold as it could go. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Only one light in the entire room worked. The breakfast was disgusting and inedible. Which was one of the reasons I stayed here was because of the breakfast. The bathroom light had wires exposed. I have pictures of everything as well.

Room was very dated and bathroom was worn out. Shower curtain rod was badly sagging, fixtures were old. Needs updated and upgraded. Do not recommend this hotel.

Property was worn and old. They didn't have a pack-n-play or crib for infants. When asked for extra towels since we had to shower our kids they didn't have any extras. Overall a cheap place to stay.

This hotel seemed as though it was falling apart, the rooms were very dirty and had stains everywhere and mold growing in the bathroom. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!

Besides the run down property , feeling on unsafe due to main door not locking properly , and the unhelpful staff , on the second day of our stay we come down to have breakfast and the room is closed , the receptionist said that the persons in charge did not show up , so there is no Breakfast , I would like a partial refund for this major inconvenience
