Thanks Nicole continues making my stay here as comfortable as possible and also discovered a park near by to walk to it's nice area quiet wouldn't even tell you was the highway and a busy airport it's so quiet rooms stay nice and clean and linens and pillows are always clean thanks 🙏

The whole place smells, my room was musty and humid. The sheets were like sandpaper, there’s not even m shampoo and conditioner (I called the front desk to confirm this was not an oversight), and the whole place felt creepy and unsafe. Just spend the extra money and book somewhere else.

When I booked I looked at the pictures online and it looked clean and modern. When we arrived there was a homeless man that entered the property and was staying in room 112 and the front desk didn’t know the homeless man was staying there. Then when we went in the room the pillow cases were filthy with dirt all over them and the blankets, the sheets and pillow cases were not changed and dirty. Then we hear a women screaming in the hallway she was having an argument with someone and the fight continued for a while, later on there was someone else yelling and fighting outside in front of the property. We did not feel safe, I was extremely disappointed in the property, we only stayed for 1 night. I don’t recommend this property for families and kids. I will never stay there again. Extremely disappointing.

I asked for a cup to get some coffee since they ran out, and instead of finding me one… he proceeded to take the coffee to the back. Couldn’t grab coffee offered. Poor customer service

I cannot say for sure but I think this hotel is part brothel. In addition to that all night long the only thing I could smell was pot. Which maybe explains why they wanted to hold my drivers license to borrow the blow dryer as there are none in the room. When coming out to the lobby at 5 a.m. to go to the airport there was a security guard with a gun. Never again will we stay here. The location was great for the cruise port and airport but not good enough to ever stay again.

* No person at reception. We waited for almost 10 min before he came. *No room key available.. yes none! The reception has to let us in our room every-time we go out. *There is only 2 thin pillows. We ask for a couple more pillows and he said no extra pillows available.

The only thing I disliked is that there were no disposable cups nor hair dryer available in the room. Also, the bathroom was quite large & beautiful but had little to NO shelving area to place personal items. Frankly, I ‘ve never encountered a hotel with so little personal shelving area, nor hair dryer, nor disposable plastic cups.
