Stayed for 6 nights. The staff were truly the highlight, incredibly supportive throughout our stay. However, the disappointment set in quickly. The advertised picture on the front page showcases one of the few updated rooms, creating a misleading impression. In reality, out of the 60 rooms, only a handful, about 3, were suitable for 4-6 people.
Upon arrival, we found the remaining rooms to be significantly outdated, akin to a 2 to 3-star motel. Cleanliness was an ongoing issue, with evidence that the place was not being properly maintained. The washrooms were particularly outdated, in dire need of renovation.
What's more frustrating is the lack of response to our concerns. The 24/7 answering service was essentially a ticket generator, offering little in the way of actual assistance. Noise disturbances from late-night parties persisted, despite multiple complaints. It seemed that only during the day were staff responsive to our needs.
It was disheartening to see the property falling apart, with a sense that the management simply didn't care. The contrast between the advertised presentation and the reality of the rooms was stark. We paid close to $400 per night, expecting a comfortable stay, only to feel like we had been misled.
