매우 만족스러운 호텔
설명대로 킹 침대 1개, 퀸 침대 1개, 소파배드 1개의 매우 큰 방이었습니다. 주방시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었고요. 프론트가 같은 건물에 있지 않았지만 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 서비스는 매우 친절했습니다. 바로 앞이라 하기는 힘들지만 매우 가까운 위치에 헐리우드비치가 있어서 접근성이 매우 좋았습니다. 다음에 오더라도 마이애미비치보다 이 호텔에서 휴가를 즐기고 싶습니다.

My family and I wanted to spend our last 2 days in Florida at Hollywood Beach, this hotel came up looking like a great little spot, with great amenities and a morning breakfast. The staff were not rude, just rushed. The room itself was not well maintained, we had a 2 queen bed room. The fridge had no handle, bathroom floor was dirty, paint was significantly peeling of the door in the bathroom. The pools were full of floating hair and debris, so we did not use them. The "Breakfast" was aweful. You lines up to go into a little corner room ans they had over ripe Bananas, bagels, cream cheese and bread to make toast, there were the hard boiled eggs in cloudy water that looked deformed ans unedible. There were 2 toasters that everyone shared shared outsode and they had been cleaned in a long time. Only good this was it was right on the beach, so we only spent a little bit of time.to sleep in the hotel. We will not be going back to this hotel and would not recommend other to stay there.

Staff was not well trained. Did not activate the keys, we had to go back and forth under the rain to the main office three times. Personal was not polite. Breakfast was cold and not appealing. Check in lasted 45mins. Room was not clean, hair and dirt all over the floor.

The check in process is a joke… you get to the property and there is no way to check in! After circling the building I found a sign about 4x6 inches on the top of the building that in small print, says call this number to check in. Then you call and the front desk has attitude telling me that I have to walk one block to check in! That whole process was bad because the staff were rude and seemed miserable there!!! Then the room was worn down, dirty, beat up, hardly no light and felt unsafe. Beware this place!

The office isn’t located on the premises. I knew that from 2 years ago but it was around the corner then. I went to the same place but it’s now the office for some other hotel. She said I needed to go another block up the street. Nothing there. So I called the phone number that Expedia showed on my reservation and it went to the same place that told me to walk another block up the street. I thought I was being scammed but googled the hotel and got the right phone number who told me the address I needed to go to. They are the office for several hotels now (looks like a corporation took over all the hotels) so it was a bit of a wait to finally get someone. Kind of a long checkin only to be told the room wasn’t ready and to come back later. But I was a bit early so maybe it was my fault. Came back later and the replacement clerk couldn’t find the paperwork so another rather long checkin. Also, parking used to be free but now it’s $22. Not bad but there’s also now a $25 “resort fee.” So the listed $95 price ends up being $195 after hidden charges and taxes. Broken bottle in the parking lot, broken bathroom window latch so it won’t lock, no CBS or Fox so we had to watch in an overpriced bar ($60 for 5 beers and a glass of wine), table top is not attached to the base so any weight on one side flips it, no outlets on one side of the bed. Otherwise a clean, nice room. The towel origami was great.

You could see the beach from our window.. The broadwalk was maybe 30 yards. The area is very quiet. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast is included.

Good - relatively clean & we did get clean towels the 2nd day. Proximity to beach & Broadwalk is the key feature. On our departure the man was helpful with the bus times but I didn't like that they had a little convenience store & one desk clrk had to keep motel guests waiting, not a good setup. Bad - not even a cup or glass in room & when I asked for one was told a kitchen kit would be delivered - never came. Man at desk couldn't explain how the tv worked so we weren't sure if any channels at all were free. Place is very old, bathroom sink was way too low & I'm short. You could tell it was painted & done up in a hurry & long ago. Breakfast setup was a bit strange especially as you were only supposed to go once into the room where only toast, cereal & granola bars were. But I did get a (styrofoam) cup for the room! Next time I'll spend more even if further from beach.

DO NOT BOOK. I never usually write reviews but VERY disappointed in my experience. I was even scolded and disciplined by the staff for walking into the “free breakfast” room more than once…turns out that is “official policy”…while conveniently the plates and bowls are child size and food was basically bread and generic cereal. They literally have a staff attendant watching everyone fill these small plates like convicts. Truly terrible experience.

We were dropped by the taxi at the given address and there was no lobby. After a long time a guest came by and told us to walk down the road to check in. I stayed with our bags while my husband went but they refused to let him check in because he didn’t make the reservation. We then had to drag our bags to the office and then again back and beyond where we were dropped off. Again no help finding our room. The office address should be given and more helpful staff would improve the experience.

I made my reservation through Expedia, when you arrive at the check inn you are surprised that they make some extra charges and the rate changes. They even charge you for parking and when they give you the key you realize that they put you in a very different hotel than the one published on Expedia. IM not coming back anymore.

Run-down and not safe!!
Property is run-down and in kinda sketchy neighborhood. My friend and I got harassed right away. You can’t open windows or blinds. No bathroom fan can’t open window either. Doors are very dirty looks like someone trying to break in and someone def kicked the door many foot prints on them. And they charge extra for parking. There are only cheap bread at breakfast, no hot food and served on styrofoam plates ：（Marriott and many other better hotels were cheaper. Not sure how the property has good review, def only deserves 1 star.

This is actually part of dozens of hotels under different names all run by the same lobby which is difficult to find. Multiple guests said the same thing but the front desk was adamant about this not being the case. Cockroach in the hallway. 2 insects that were not bed bugs under the pillow. Lobby filled with smoke at night because a worker was carelessly using a toaster improperly to cook his sandwiches, as in 4 pieces of bread and ham stuffed into a toaster designed for 2 pieces of toast

Läget är det bästa med boendet. Nära till stranden och restauranger och beach-shopping. Personalen är lite trist och vresig helt i onödan. Frukosten enkel och serverad på frigolit. Jag kan starkt rekommendera Hollywood beach som alternativ till South Beach eller Fort Lauderdale beach för det är lite lugnare och närmare till allt. Vettiga priser på mat och shopping. Trevligt promenadstråk längs stranden. Vill man längre bort och inte hyra bil så går det otroligt smidigt att ta sig runt med uber till helt resonabla priser. Vi åkte från hotellet till downtown Miami för cirka $40 enkel resa. Trevligt ställe i närheten är Dania Point. Shopping och matställen och inte lika mycket folk som Sawgrass eller Dolphin Malls.

I payed for a parking pass and my car was towed from the spot they had me park, when i went to front desk to make the claim they told me there is nothing they can do and that i have to pay for my car being towed, thwy made no effort to help and simply said i had to go get my car out and pay for it. I spoke to neighbors that live next to the property and i was told that the property always does that to customers, something like a set up to male money on innocent tourist that go there.

If I could give this place a -10 I would. Absolutely disgusting! Dirty, nasty and rude staff. Our bed sheets had stains all over them, floors and table were washed with the same floor detergent- it was so sticky it felt like we were walking on glue. Had people outside our door drinking day in and day out- when brought up to Patricia attention (the manager) the answer was -“ well what do you want me to do, they are the same paying guests like you are!” Neither helpful nor friendly. We had to check out right away and find a new place, and they won’t refund us the money for parking either. This place is just so crooked.

Excellent location to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Easy drive into the city area. Our room in particular was ideally located and had a very good balcony view of the ocean.

Check in was kind of crazy. I know it was the weekend when we checked in they charging for parking they charge for extra towels the best thing it was real close to the beach within 50 yards And the boardwalk was right there next to the beach

Emplacement près de la plage idéal. Appartement, édifice et équipements (piscine...) en général tres mal entretenu, rouille, sale, bris... check in en retard, personnel lent et désagréable. Déjeuner gratuit c'est n'importe quoi ! Trop cher pour ce que ça vaut ! Je ne recommande pas du tout. J'ai beaucoup voyagé et je ne suis pas difficile du tout, voire plutôt accommodante, mais il y a des limites ...

Close to beach. Great location. Just a few steps from the beach but definitely no beach views. Comfortable beds. Fridge, microwave, stove top are a plus. Front desk for check in or anything is always a wait. Parking is an issue as it is an extra $20/night and is sometimes scarce with very small spaces. Housekeeping is super friendly and did a good job but did find a large dead roach in the cabinet on day 2. No kitchen utensils supplied but apparently you can request them from the office, which we did not do….bought paper plates and plastic silverware instead. Walking distance to many restaurants and right on the boardwalk and beach. If you get a good deal, it’s definitely worth it but be aware of resort fee and parking fee and be prepared for parking issue if you have a car.
