This was not as advertised, the pool was closed, the bathroom was in a poor state, very noisy sitcom that was ineffective. Curtains hanging off the track, cigarette burns in the blanket. We didn’t stay for the full length of our booking due to the poor condition.

If you enjoy sharing your space with cockroaches, then this place will work for you! And, the room comes with broken pieces of glass on the carpet. For the amount of money that this room costs, I would suggest taking the time to travel 15 minutes down the road to a different hotel.

Room did not have a trash can. Blankets were stained. Bedspreads had holes and stains. Towels were old. No washcloths. Tile grout was loose. Smelled. No elevator so not ADA compliant. No breakfast although the website advertised breakfast included. Cleaning staff was friendly. Across the street from LA Fitness. Walking distance to ALDIs and a couple of unique restaurants.

I HAD to stay one night there, because I have arrived at midnight, and couldn't find any other place to go in the area. Dirt bedsheets and pillow cases, carpet dirty as hell (kept my shoes on all the time), tub dirty as hell, and a continuous leak in the shower head (sounded like someone having a bath all the time). The man in the front desk was very nice and tried to help, but I couldn't keep my family there any minute further than the next morning, very early. A very disgusting experience, and a great disappointmen at all. I almost shorted my trip and came back home, I mean, thos hotel bad conditions almost ruined my whole weekend, because they couldn't meet an average level at least. I will never go back to this specific place, and will everyone know about this if I can. Tried to get a refund, but there was no manager there. Left my phone number and haven't heard anything from them since then. I WANT MY REFUND!!

Upon arriving the the hotel looked so run down compared to the hotels around. Upon entering it reeked of that filthy cigarette smell but the website said none smoking. Checked in with the most unfriendly security person when my mind said turn around but I couldn’t get a refund so I had no choice. Once I entered the room I was afraid to take my things out my suitcase. I started checking for roaches and bed bugs immediately. The bathroom was was so nasty they toilet seat look like it hadn’t been changed in years…. Ugh!!!! The towels were even discolored luckily I had my own. There was holes in the wall the covers had cigarette burn holes. I wish I could have gotten my money back or a credit to go somewhere else. I will never book anything affiliated with WYNDAM again

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

Stay some place else
The worst hotel I have ever stay at. Dirty and disgusting. When I ask to have the room serviced, maid roll her eyes and said she would but when I return the room was untouched. Stay some place else!!!

Dirty. Moved rooms two times. Pee on the carpet and rubber gloves left in the room. Moves rooms and that one had cigarette holes in bedsheets and whole room smelled like smoke even though it said no smoking. So tired didn’t ask for another meal but would not recommend this hotel. And I’m not picky

I have never been in such an atrociously disgusting hotel in my life. The ceilings were caving in, the carpets looked like they were uncleaned murder scenes, the bedding had burn holes, stains, they were clearly not changed, there was bad food still in bags, and hair stuck to sticky remnants never cleaned in the mini-fridge, I can't even go on describing the filth there. They showed us another room which was dirtier than the first, and the mgr just closed the door without even walking in. It was like taking a tour of American Horror Story. Of course, we DID NOT stay there. We got out fast.

Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us. New rules have come to pass because of the Covid 19 restrictions and limited staffing. We are working hard to improve our provided services and hope you will return to experience them with a future stay.

Was unclean and unsafe...had to leave property immediate after getting to room as was so unsanitary...I will be requesting a refund as I did not use room at all.

Very dirty and advertised free complimentary breakfast but no more breakfast rooms are smell bad and dirty every time when they changed sheets its smell bad and hair all over save your miney and go somewhere else

Hallways smelled weird, bathroom door did not lock, there was no room safe or front desk safe offered. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and changed our room keys on the spot when they did not work. Overall okay experience, cannot complain for the low prices.

With Covid 19 restrictions and regulations in place we are doing our best with what limited staff we have available. Also working to keep from cross contamination with less service contact.
