Thanks for your review.....Unfortunately your review is BS because you never stayed at our hotel or showed up after our manager waited several hours for you to arrive...Our hotel is in a very safe area and we have never had an issue with any single travelers You forfeited your reservation deposit after calling us later to try and get it refunded and we refused so i suppose this is your way retaliating for this.....so sad when you mess with our livelihood....we value our guest relations as our numerous favorable reviews show

So here is real story.....we ask guests to pay a 25% deposit at time of reservation....you NEVER paid the required deposit after numerous requests by us AND promises by you via email. Nonetheless, we still held the room for you despite having numerous opportunities to rent room to a guest that was willing to pay a reservation deposit (we have a great location 1/2 block off the beach and are always fully booked up!)....when you arrived late, you then attempted to checked in but "lost" wallet & phone on the beach and werent able to pay for any of your stay until day three of your stay (so do you think any hotels on the beach would allow you to do this??? See if you can do that at the Marriot or Margaritaville)...and then you werent sure you were going to stay for your full reservation period.....so we rented the room the last two days of your stay.....sounds reasonable to me given the circumstances i just described So to recap ....you never put a deposit down, you had a sketchy story and then left the room a mess.....your story is just bs Come stay with us again -- i think NOT!

Really??? That is your rating? You were "mad" because we had a outage with our TV's for several days (wait - aren't we 1/2 block from the beach and boardwalk?? - but you wanted to stay in your room and watch your TV 24/7?) OK I get it (and "got it" from your numerous emails and phone calls - and our manager Rich was at the Hotel every day) We try and make every guest experience special and have very favorable reviews by past guests on all social media (Expedia/ABB and Google)....your review is really a "point off the curve" ...... Oh, and our "maid" really appreciated your bigoted comment regarding her attempt to assist you -- that comes across real well and provides additional insight into your comments here. We welcome everyone ...but maybe on your next stay to Hollywood you could try a Marriot/Margaritaville type hotel that will cater to you and your every need-- you will prob pay 3X the price but maybe that is a better fit

"nice" feedback.....not sure what your issue was.....we try to make each guest's stay as pleasant as possible

our "in person" check in policy is clearly posted on our website in numerous places. We are a small hotel and cannot "man" our checkin desk 24/7. We attempted to contact you several times after your reservation was made but you did not repond. In situations such as your we have a after hours lockbox service to enable guests to retrieve room keys and check in formally the next morning.

We may be an "older" hotel.....but we try and stay current with the times and you cant beat the location or our service. Glad you had a nice stay
