schönes großes Appartement, Küche vorhanden mit allem was man so braucht, wir hatten vom 10. Stock aus eine super Sicht aufs Meer und Fort Lauderdale. Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings sind jetzt 10 Dollar pro Nacht fürs Parken fällig, was letztes Jahr noch nicht war. Bei den hohen Preisen für die Appartements müsste das Parken inclusive sein.

I liked that the one bedroom was big. I thought the unit had a funky musty smell to it as soon as we walked in. Maybe some commercial air fresheners would help.

Very large 1bdr with 2 bath is nice to have for longer stays. Full kitchen is a big plus for cooking options. Beach is close about 3-5 min walk. Car helpful for getting around, free easy parking is great compared to other hotels.

It is not an unforgettable place. It's pleasantly ok, and I wouldn't dissuade anyone from going. And the staff is nice.

I had a fly infestation and two engineers came to look at it. They treated it with a shop vac only to come back after dinner and find dozens more flies. Finally at 11 pm had to switch rooms. Hotel offered no compensation or apologies. Nothing is around this hotel. High pressure vacation club selling before you can get a room key. Not a pleasant experience

Property has good location. The staff was very nice. Easy parking. The view from the 2nd floor back wasnt impressive. The room was clean but needing a upgrade to stay competitive. Not what we are used to staying at but it was still comfortable.

Zimmer u. Geschirr in der Küche sind vorbildlich sauber, Umgebung ruhig, schöne Sicht aufs Meer von unserer Suite im 7. Stock aus, Personal freundlich. Und immer ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

This place was amazing!! I would love to come back and stay again there if we go back to this area. The staff at the hotel were so nice and pleasant the second we walk in. The property was very clean room was wonderful had very nice view on one side looking the ocean other side harbor. The beach just across the street. Enjoyed the stay so much too bad was just a 3 day gateway . Definitely would go back.

Un excelente lugar a solo pasos de la playa
Excelente ubicación a solo pasos de la playa, el check in fue rápido y el personal amable, no hablan español, las áreas húmedas son pequeñas pero suficientes. La unidad en este caso tomamos un apartamento de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, muy bien equipada y mantenida, ademas al parecer fue renovada recientemente, solo sugiero revisar el tema de las puertas de los baños que si hay que cambiarlas. La cocina equipada con lo necesario, el sofacama es grande y cómodo, las habitaciones se sentían limpias, tiene lavanderia en cada piso y es gratis lo cual es un buen detalle, ademas el parqueadero es gratis otro detalle excelente ya que en el area de la playa el parqueadero es caro. Prestan toallas para la playa y en el area de la piscina hay un BBQ por si desea reunirse en familia. lo que mas nos gusto es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, a veces uno se decepciona pero este no es el caso. Como sugerencia deberian contratar personal que hable Español no eramos los unicos extranjeros y hace falta. Excellent location just steps from the beach, check in was fast and friendly staff, they don't speak Spanish, wet areas are small but sufficient. The unit in this case we took an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very well equipped and maintained, also apparently it was recently renovated, I only suggest reviewing the issue of the bathroom doors if they need to be changed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the sofa bed is large and comfortable, the rooms felt clean

I booked for a 5 night stay and it worked out well. I have not used Expedia in a long time and so was pleased that the booking was seamless. As other reviews have mentioned, it is a timeshare but other than a 10mins sales pitch when you check in, nothing else is required. I was told I got the best condo in the place, and it was spectacular. Check in states 4pm but my room was not ready at that time. So when the property mgr texts you to ask you what time you are checking in, I recommend that you respond with a specific time to avoid waiting. The 1 bedroom suite I was in was tastefully decorated and had everything I needed, including in the kitchen. Water pressure was average but plenty of hot water in the shower. Bathrooms are dated but clean. Towels could be fluffier. Extra towels are the cabinets under the sink. Beach towels can be picked up at front desk (remember yr towel card.) Amazing wrap around balconies and stunning sunset views of intercoastal (if your room faces west). Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Staff are helpful and A in every way.
