Hi Mary,Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I am glad that you enjoyed your suite and the grounds despite still having our entire lower level gutted from Hurricane Ian. The reason we charge for extra towels is because there is no washer and dryer onsite for our cleaners to use. We have our linens sent out to a professional linen company on a weekly basis. We also set expectations accordingly. We send out emails prior to arrival that informs guests of exactly what to expect and what they will have in the suite. We also have suites with a washer and dryer in the unit if you would prefer not to use the common area washer and dryer. If we can ever help you in the future, we would be happy to!LeeAnn

Hi York,Thank you for your review. We try to let everyone know that FMB was devastated by Hurricane Ian. We posted photos of debris and destruction. At the Harbour House we were extremely blessed to be in the great shape that we are in. We are so lucky to have only lost our lower level. We are proud to have all amenities such as pool, spa, elevator, grills, wifi, cable, community room, and tv area operational. We have always been strict with our parking policy. There is only one space per suite. We do not have guest parking available for anyone.We received no phone calls from you and no messages. My cell phone number is on all communication. We are onsite, just not on the lower level. We are in the community room on the second floor. There was someone here each day of your stay. Additionally, there were no emails or messages sent asking for additional parking. We advertise as ONE SPACE PER RESERVATION. We also advertise as non pet friendly. Rules should be obeyed.We are glad that you enjoyed your room. Sorry that you did not have a great time on FMB. There are numerous businesses open as of now: Wahoo Willies, Yucatan, Fresh Catch Bistro, Junkanoo, Mom's, Pink Shell, Diamond Head, the Lighthouse, Snug Harbour, H2O shop, Beach Bar, Yo Taco, and more opening daily!

We did lose our entire ground level as did so many others on the island. We are rebuilding the fastest we can. Signs were ordered when you were here. I am sorry that they did not come in during your stay. I hope that you were able to enjoy the room and pool.
