Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Nice they had a small bar on-site. Breakfast was very good. Cons.. there was a smell emitting in the hallway from the bathrooms. Our shower was terrible. It had a half a glass wall and some small swinging piece. Water would get all over the floor. Not sure if this was for handicap accessibility but did not work well.

We’ve been trying to see if we prefer Hyatt to Marriott or Hilton. It may be a small item, but I just like having coffee available all day and yet it is always cold (seven day stay). Better to remove it then to leave cold coffee there all day. It is only hot during the morning breakfast hours. It appears there is no one there responsible for keeping it fresh all day. There is a microwave, but heated up cold coffee is not the answer . Additionally, the breakfast was substandard, powdered eggs,greasy bacon. The fresh fruit is a positive, but no pastries or anything interesting on the buffet.

The place was nice. The bathroom door and access made no sense. In addition. Both mornings I was woken up at 8am by a knock and no wait for me to respond before a staff member came in. Both time my service dog got out of the room. Rm 317 was immediately across from the staff office and not only did they talk nonstop, they left their carts blocking our door. The front desk staff was very nice with the exception of one woman who was a bit rude when I was trying to buy some drinks.

This hotel was great for a 5 night stay.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Breakfast was always fresh, hot with a great variety. Although it is located in a shopping plaza parking lot, it was extremely quiet at night. It is also walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

Bed was not made on arrival. They offered to change rooms but we didn’t want to move all our stuff. They brought bedding up.

Nice hotel with a few personal sappointments
Spacious rooms. I has a single with king size bed. Only had a shower; I am a bath person so this was disappointing. Medicre fitness center and outdoor pool/hot tub only. No gift shop on premise but walking distance to a huge outdoor mall with a Super Target, restaurants, small kids play area, ams shopping.

We stayed one night in a room and had to be moved the next day due to an extremely loud air vent outside of our door and broken shades. Luke warm water coming out of the shower in the new room. I sucked it up because I had food poisoning and absolutely did not want to change rooms again. Was only offered apologies while checking out. We have stayed at different Hyatt properties many times and just got super unlucky this time I suppose.

The staff at this hotel were OUTSTANDING! So friendly & welcoming--everyone from main desk to maintenance staff treated you and greeted you like family. Nice breakfast each day and even had a cocktail downstairs in the evening. Pool was beautiful. All walking distance to amazing shopping & restaurants. Only one suggestion- upgrade your coffee quality. We'll be back!

Thank you for choosing to say with us, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with us but are glad maintenance was able to assist moving you to another room quickly. We do not often have ants near the trash cans but our pest control company came out right away to ensure no future issues.
